This property has direct access to Marina Walk, walking distance to JBR beach, 1 minute walking distance to Dubai Tram, allowing you to explore Dubai right from your doorstep. You can reach dozens of restaurant in Dubai Marina within few minutes walk. It’s great for all kind of travelers.

This modern, minimalist and spacious 1400 square foot (130sqm) one bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed with its ensuite bathroom and a living room with a comfortable sofa bed sleep of 2 (medium size people).

Early check-in/check-out rules:

Max Early check-in : 10 AM , early than that we will need to charge you half day of daily rate

Max Late Check-Out : 6PM, Later than that we will need to charge you half day of the daily rate.

Note :
Naturally we will always try and accommodate early check-ins or late check-out according to your needs when our calendar permits. But please INFORM ME YOUR ITINERARY BEFORE YOU CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING mainly so you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest and also so I can plan ahead in booking my cleaner.

We CAN NOT accommodate last minutes check out request.
Guest access
You will have access to swimming pool and fully equipped gym.
Other things to note
In accordance to Decree No. (17) of 2013 a guest staying at hotels, resorts, hotel apartments, guest houses, budget hotels, floating hotels, holiday homes, and other hotel establishments as specified by the Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing, will be charged the “Tourism Dirham Fee” AED 10 per each night of occupancy of a room at a Hotel Establishment. But worry not, it is included in the room rate you paid to us.


We respectfully remind you that any items brought into our apartment are brought in at your own risk. We shall not be held responsible for the damage or loss of any property owned by the guests or anyone connected to the guests during their stay at our apartment by or as a result of force majeure or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, flood, earthquake, extreme adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, other acts of God, acts of terrorism, fire or failure of electric power, gas, water, or other utility service, plant machinery, computers, vehicles or any collapse of building structures.
