Nice Place with a lot of space centrally located in Incline Village

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this place. The cabin is centrally located in Incline Village. You can walk to the market behind the house and it is fairly close to everything else you need. The one drawback is that it can get a bit noisy at night with trucks delivering goods to the businesses in the market. The cabin was very clean and had plenty of space. The game room is nice and the pool table worked good once you adjusted the leveling of the table with the adjustable feet. The heater was very quiet and worked very quickly to heat the place up. The only other complaint I had was that the beds were really hard although some people like firm mattresses so that is a subjective thing. The check in and check out were very easy and we had no complaints there. Also the wifi worked really well for us with multiple people streaming but we went when Incline Village was not very crowded so the cable speed was fast.Overall we enjoyed our short stay and would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Tahoe.

Winter weekend

Overall we had a great stay. Plenty of room for our family of five - 3 kids. The game room was fun and bedrooms were nice. Kitchen was pretty sparse - no salt and pepper - especially for an house this price. And when the street was plowed they blocked in our car which was really frustrating. Great location.

Great rental for Incline Village

This place is really nice. 3 bathrooms and plenty of beds. Kitchen is mostly stocked with pans and utensils. All sheets and linen were nice and clean. Things to note: -There is an ironing board as well as iron -No measuring cups -No coffee or kcups are available - Beautiful slide area for kids during winter months -Super responsive rental company --Pool table and foozeball table is awesome. -Owners have tons of Cds and games for family activities. -Grocery Store is right down the street in walking distance. We loved this house and the neighborhood is amazing and quiet. It was perfect for our little vacation

Review for Allen Way

Overall the house served it’s purpose as a vacation rental, but for future upgrade purposes- the shower heads can be updated, pillows were flat, twin mattresses were very hard, WiFi was hit and miss and there was a lack of kitchen cooking supplies/utensils.

Don’t Stay Here!

Horrible. Couldn’t get in the house on time as promised due to contractors still working in home. No lighting in living room and one of the bedrooms. Floors were new but dirty. Game room was full of construction materials and junk. Backyard full of old furniture. No warm blankets on the beds. No WiFi when we arrived. Washer and dryer didn’t work.

Quaint and quiet property.

It was a nice quaint home. But the cleanliness wasnt that good. Sheets & comforter was dirty in master bedroom. Hair clogging up the top of draiin in master bathroom, it was disgusting. Towels & sheets was left in washing machine from the cleaning crew. Master bed was hard as a rock. Woke up with back pain every morning.

Incline Village great location, decent house, bad cleaners

We requested an early check in, but that was not available. So we showed up right at our 4:00 check in time to find the cleaners still there. They would not finish until 4:30, so we sat outside after a 4 hour drive with crying children waiting for them. Strike 1. Location of house is excellent. We are Incline Village veterans, so walking distance from Burnt Cedar could not be better. After exploring all rooms of the house, we discovered one of the bathrooms had not been cleaned, and it still had an unflushed toilet with a turd in it. Disgusting, Strike 2. Beds are old and springs are very loud. Could not turn over without waking the house. TV is old, and Roku does not connect to the internet, making the TV unusable. Kitchen has amenities needed for eating and cooking. Living room is big and comfortable enough for a big family to relax. We receieved $100 credit for the inconvenience of check in, but were questioned on our report of an unclean bathroom. Strike 3. Customer service was atrocious. Would never deal with this company (Vacasa) again.

Just okay

This house is fine. The location is pretty good if you are able to access the Incline Village facilities, otherwise I would not recommend for the summer as you will have to drive a ways to a public beach. It might be better in the winter. The main drawback of the location is that the yard backs up to a loading dock to the nearby shopping center and you can hear trucks unloading very early in the morning from the master bedroom. The place itself is fine, but they did not leave any cleaning supplies (there was an outdoor broom but no dustpan) and nothing to wipe the counters with. The couches could use a deep clean. This property is not managed by a person, but rather a large company called Vacasa that feels extremely impersonal and I was NOT impressed with their customer service. Every interaction we had with them felt very formulaic and nobody we spoke or texted with was very helpful. I finally just gave up contacting them because it wasn’t worth the bother.

Not What We Thought

This house is not worth $2,200 for two nights. Carpet is black from foot traffic. Master bed is hard. Guest bed was a bowl. Both need to be upgraded. Burn hole in the screen. Small patio. No air conditioning. Woke up to trucks backing up and garbage being thrown in dumpsters from the restaurant behind the house. Television did not work. Never again.

Perfect for a family with kids

This house was perfect for us for a long weekend at Lake Tahoe! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The downstairs game room and the bunk bed room were both great fun for our 3 kids. Getting the front door locked was a little tricky, and we all felt the need to bundle up in the upstairs rooms with the thermostat at 70, but these are manageable things. Thanks for sharing this wonderful accommodation- we really enjoyed it, and would come back or recommend to friends without hesitation!
