Renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicles, that renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and that failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500.
Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.

The well-equipped kitchen is detailed with a side-by-side refrigerator and a two-seat bar. Catch a glimpse of the mountains from your balcony as you barbecue on the gas grill, and serve home-cooked meals at the six-seat dining table inside.
The bedrooms - all with TVs - include a tastefully furnished primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom offering a tub/shower combination and a double vanity. Complimentary WiFi, cable service, and a private washer/dryer are provided as well.
You'll be a few minutes' drive from Zephyr Cove Resort, where you can arrange boat cruises, rent powerboats, or simply lounge on a mile-long beach. Cruise over to the Boulder and Stagecoach Lodges at Heavenly Ski Resort and enjoy quick access to hiking and biking on the Tahoe Rim Trail that borders the lake.
A local grocery store, a pharmacy, and Marriott Village are within a short drive, as is downtown South Lake Tahoe.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
