This is a spacious 4 bedroom unit, with 3 bathroom and a office. The unit has two levels total of 1850SQ FT.

House is located in West Alexandria VA, about 15 mins to oldtown Alexandria, 22 minutes drive to White House.

Uber is minutes away, the nearest Metro train station is Van Dorn street station which about 10 mins drive from the house.

Basement is rented out separately and it's completely independent and has its own HVAC. The basement guest will use street parking so you have the driveway to yourself.
Strictly no smoking, no parties or gathering of more than 7 people is allowed.

PLEASE! No candles allowed.

Please lock all doors and windows before leaving the house.

Please keep the backyard/patio light off when not in use.

Trash and recycle pickup is Tuesday morning, you may place trash in front of the house on Monday evening. Please use clear bags for recycle items and black bags for trash.
Please keep the strap on the trash/recycle bins latched at all times to keep critters away.

Checking in
We use electronics lock so it's a self check-in however, if you are arriving after midnight please let us know in advance.

Washer/Dryer,
The washer and Dryer is mainly for our long term guests (minimum 1 month) however if you choose to use it's free but you have to purchase your own detergent.
