The Washburn house is a modern design filled with natural/vintage pieces to make it unique, yet cozy. You are welcome to cook a meal, make coffee/tea, take a walk around the neighborhood, enjoy the porch, or simply enjoy the unbeatable location right in the heart of Missoula.

Downstairs living room couch available to sleep on as well

No smoking or vaping in house or on property

Do not have any unregistered guests sleep in our home

Our neighborhood is made up of many young families and seniors who go to bed early, please keep noise down after 10pm.
