In the winter, travel just minutes to the powdery slopes at Diamond Peak Ski Resort. Nearby public beaches, golf courses, and scenic hiking trails await as well.
Floor-to-ceiling windows and vaulted ceilings allow for ample sunshine and stunning forest views in the great room. Kick back on the plush sectional and stream new Netflix releases on the 60-inch TV. The gas-burning fireplace creates additional allure.
Newly updated with a full suite of high-end, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, the kitchen is sure to delight any home chef. When it's time to eat, share home-cooked meals around the table for eight.
Sip morning coffee on the plush love seat on the covered porch and rejuvenate in the back deck's private hot tub any time at all. The deck also features a comfy sectional, a gas grill, an outdoor table, an umbrella and space heater, and mountain and filtered lake views.

THINGS TO KNOW
Incline Village beach access and recreation center amenities (fitness center, pools, group fitness classes, etc.) are no longer available to guests. Beaches outside of Incline Village may be open; visit the Tahoe Public Beach website for details.
Access to this two-story home is via one flight of exterior stairs.
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.
This home is not equipped with air conditioning.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
