In summer or winter (or anytime in-between), this 3BR/2.5BA chalet is convenient to the most exciting activities in Tahoe. Between water sports and fun 4th of July celebrations at Donner Lake and some of the best skiing in the Sierra, you'll never run short of things to do.
INSIDE THE CHALET
The open living space is just as fun and social as your vacation plans. It boasts vaulted ceilings and tons of natural light thanks to its magnificent floor-to-ceiling windows, as well as a gas fireplace for chilly nights, a big screen TV, sound bar, and a cozy seating area for five.
There's additional seating for three at the kitchen bar: perfect for keeping the cook company. And there are perks for the cook, too: granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, plus a wine rack.
Six can dine at the table -- or take your food outside onto the sprawling deck, complete with a table and seating for four in the shade of the surrounding pines. There's one more option in the living area: a unique console dining table that seats three.
You'll find an additional living area upstairs in the loft. This movie room is equipped with a 52-inch TV and DVD player. There's also lots of extra sleeping room up here, with both a queen and a twin pull-out couch, and a half bath.
There's plenty more sleeping space on the main floor. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is outfitted with a king bed and can easily use the half bath upstairs and shares access to the primary en-suite bathroom, or use a third en-suite bathroom downstairs on the lower floor near the third bedroom, which sleeps three between a queen bed and a twin sleeper sofa. Perfect for a family with young children, the third bedroom also boasts its own thermostat-controlled gas fireplace!
