Boasting an on-site chair lift, this 1BR condo in the Everline Resort & Spa delivers ski-in, ski-out access to some of the best trails in the country! After a day of mountain fun, snuggle up by the gas fireplace in your inviting unit. You'll also appreciate the well-appointed kitchenette and the comfortable furnishings. Resort amenities include two heated pools, hot tubs, a full spa, and restaurants. A cross-country ski center and a skating rink provide winter fun. The fly-fishing pond, golf course, and tennis courts delight in the summer. Explore the scenic nature trail skirting the resort or the nearby Truckee River Bike Trail. 10 minutes away, gorgeous Lake Tahoe presents a picturesque setting for boating, rafting, and paddleboarding.

The living area features a sofa bed and a gas fireplace. Watch movies on the flatscreen TV. The kitchenette is outfitted with a two-burner stovetop, a sink, a mini-fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker. Share home-cooked meals around the table for four in the dining area. The bedroom includes a king bed, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a deep bathtub. The bathroom can also be accessed from the living area.

The Everline Resort & Spa requires an additional $50/night resort fee for this unit, to be paid upon arrival (prices subject to change).
Due to snow conditions, ski-in/ski-out accessibility may not be available in early/late season, and only when the Palisades Tahoe lift is operational.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Fantastic.

Smelly stinky room

Horrible smell in the condo , cigarette smell ,unable to stay the smell was so bad. We have been calling for 3 days for a refund, no response.

When there was a power ourage at the hotel I called the turnkey customer service to see if we check out earlier if we can get partial refund. The customer service person was very rude.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a resort hotel. The king bed is very comfy but the pull out really is not. The bathroom is huge with a separate soaking tub. Just an efficiency kitchen, very basic

Tahoe stay

We always stay with turnkey for our annual squaw valley vacation Condo was clean and had all the things we needed for our stay. The only thing I have a problem with is the towels Apparently the Hyatt resort does not supply extra towels for the unit so 3 days of using the same towels is not ok. We were told we could wash them in the laundry room provided for guests but with the price we paid on a daily basis for the condo I feel we should at least have clean towels though out our visit Otherwise our stay was fun and we will be booking again for next year

Solid unit

This is a pretty good location and a good unit on the fifth floor. However, they did not disclose certain things like a $40 per day resort fee not to mention $20 per day and parking. Also, the owner could leave a roll of paper towel in the kitchen. In addition, it would be nice to have more than one blanket for the guests to use for the sofa bed pull out.
