The property has water on three sides, and is entirely private. It has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a 2nd story living room, a bonus room with a 1/2 kitchen, 5 patios, a hot tub spa, and it even comes with a private slip to dock your boat.

The Island House is a beautiful option for a small wedding, birthday or anniversary party, or a family reunion. Please be advised that if you choose to use the Island House for your event, an additional event fee will be added to your booking.

Mosquitoes paradise

Not worth staying in this home despite the location mentioned in their website. You cant step out to use anything outside as there are so many mosquitoes and insects crawling and flying around. The water around house is disgusting. I called manager to ask why there are mosquitoes inside home and she was surprised saying no there shouldn't have but i have showed it to her when she came to drop mosquitoes repilent plugs. Besides this home doesnt have any soap, shampoo, conditioner or bodywash. Which was not mentioned. When incalled her she said we dont keep ot and look in cabinet if last guest may have left some of their unused shampoo and soap??? I wold not stay or recommend this home with kids or anyone. It is not worth risking getting sick with all those mosquitoes bites.

Lives Up to Its Name

Paradise Island was perfect for 5 friends and I. The secluded and private property has multiple decks from which to enjoy the water on three sides. It is every bit as nice as the photos at the website. The hosts, Melanie and Rob, were responsive and great in every way. Will definitely be back.

Christmas in paradise

It was very peaceful and beautiful to be next to the river and see the beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Very clean and spacious and well stocked. The manager was very helpful and if we needed anything, he was accommodating. Best Christmas I’ve had in years spending with my family in such a beautiful and comfortable home.

Hawaii-like vacation

Perfect for our large family with active boys. Kayaks and paddle boards were provided and there were areas to ride bikes too. The house was wonderful, every bedroom had beautiful sunrise views along with kitchen, dining and living room. Best of all how nice everyone was including the landscaper/ gardener who kept the grounds spotless….

Delta Paradise House

I love staying at this house it’s beautiful plus you get boat slip, private beach area and they provide two seater kayaks and paddles and two paddle boards with paddles. The hot-tub is awesome at night especially with the super moon we had on our stay. Love everything about this place even the folks that work at the marina and got us all checked in were great!!! Had so much fun Boating, kayaking and paddle boarding and playing in the water. We even flew kites on the green grass peninsula included with the home!!! Absolutely fabulous time!!! We will be booking again.

We love it at Delta Paradise Island

This is such a special place! Unbeatable, sunrises and sunsets. Spectacular wildlife. Great fishing and Boating for miles and miles… Kevin’s anf and his crew were great and so helpful whenever we had a need or request. My family and I Absolutely love the Delta and Delta Paradise Island. We can’t wait o come back.

Best stay at the delta!

We had a great time at the Paradise Island house. Our family has been coming to the delta every summer my whole life, and discovering this house was a game changer. Private slips, AC, TVs in every bedroom, 2 fridges, hot tub, grass area, small beach area, fully stocked kitchen, and a bidet in every bathroom? This house has it all! The amazing view of the water from every room was a very nice bonus. The location is exactly where we want to be near North Fork and the kids’ daily ice cream cone. Everyone was happy and comfortable, and we will definitely be staying again.

Paradise House Vacation

My family of 11 (three generations) rented the Paradise House for a 4 day vacation. Everyone had a great stay. House accommodation was great. The game room with the big TV and huge beanbag chair/bed was a hit with the teens. We brought an inflatable canoe that the kids all learned to paddle around. All had a great time. The only real issue was the internet went out the first day and was not restored till the next day. But that actually made for some fun times playing games with the kids. Also the kids could play in the water by the stairs, but there was no place to actually swim. All in all it was a great place for the beauty and privacy of the whole end of the island.

Wonderful Vacation

The Delta Paradise Island home is a great place to stay right on the water. Beautiful views with wonderful accommodations. We brought our 24 ft pontoon boat and it worked perfectly in covered slip. Kevin and Cheryl were great hosts and very helpful. Would definitely book again!

Overall our time was great. Cheryl was fantastic. There was not a pull out sleeper sofa and the hot tub didn’t work. The water stopped but cheryl was on it right away and got it fixed. The atmosphere being on the river was fabulous. Very nice and we would definitely come back. Beautiful property.

Delta Paradise House

This is the second time I have rented this property absolutely love this vacation home. The setting is gorgeous on the Delta in Isleton California and the house is stunning!!! The management team we love them!!! I have already booked another stay at this property in August of 2023 can’t get enough of this place!!! Love love love it!!! Both times I have seen the same seal playing in the water right in front of the property loved this!!!

Beautiful Paradise Island Home

This was the perfect place for our family get together - 8 adults. So much space to relax and visit and enjoy the views! Very clean, comfortable and peaceful - inside and out. We enjoyed the patio area with the BBQ and the fire pit on the deck upstairs was awesome!! We were so happy we could bring our dog - there is a nice big grass area next to the home and a great area to walk her along the river and also an area we could keep her fenced in on the patio. Kevin was very helpful and accomodating for anything we needed. We hope to plan another trip to Paradise Island next spring!!

A great weekend on short notice and a lot of contingencies!

My friends and I loved our stay for a mostly indoors weekend. We switched to this place pretty last minute given flood concerns at our original location and couldn’t be more grateful to have landed here. The house was thoroughly cleaned, well stocked, and was the perfect gathering space. We were really impressed by everything from the multiple living rooms to the toilets. Kevin, Rob, and Cheryl were so so supportive and communicative throughout the entire time with all of our needs and worries. A few things didn’t work initially but they did everything to find alternatives. You can trust you’ll have supportive, responsive, and welcoming hosts.

Had a great stay at this property the weekend before Christmas. Beautiful views and amenities. Kevin and Cheryl were great managers and very accommodating, including helping our family find the very private location. We enjoyed the privacy and the sweet Christmas decor which really got us in the holiday spirit. Extra tables and chairs were provided to accommodate the 12 of us for a sit down dinner. Had an ant issue and Kevin provided us with non-toxic spray. Would definitely stay here again.

Spectacular views, great amenities and a unique destination

Our family of 11 stayed her for a week and truly enjoyed the amazing views, and constantly changing scenery with the unique tidal riverfront destination. The property management team was excellent in their responsiveness to our needs, such as for an extra table and chairs, more utensils, and firewood. The only major issue we encountered was with ants in some of the downstairs bedrooms, which was apparently a first for the house. The team was quick to come help remedy the situation with outside and inside pet/kid safe spray and cleanup. We stayed here in November when temperatures hit the 40's at night, so to sleep our group of 11, we used the 3 bedrooms, an air mattress and the extra large bean bag in the upstairs living room, and an air mattress in the bonus room (although it was a bit cold). We found the game room too cold to use as the extra sleeping space. Although we didn't take advantage of the water sport equipment available for rent on the island, it was nice to have the option. We shared some suggestions for continued improvement for this fairly new rental, and will definitely consider returning to this rental for a peaceful escape and beautiful scenery again in the future.

Luxury in Paradise

Delta Paradise Island is truly paradise. The house is fresh and clean, also newly decorated in a lovely waterfront theme. We were only two couples, but it could easily house two families or more. Lots to do for young ones and young at heart. New appliances and Toto toilets! Our host brought us firewood for the indoor fireplace and once we got the flue open, it worked great. A lovely place in autumn, and I'm sure summer would be great, too. Heater was very responsive, so I'm guessing the AC would work well, too,

Getawy at an Island Home

I was blown away by how the place looked, including the gorgeous surrounding that came with being at the marina. It looked like I was in Florida and Louisiana! The only downfall was that the place was far from any stores or shops. This made it hard to make sure there was food at the place while we stayed. So I suggest bringing food because the closest grocery stores were about 20 mi away, accept for smaller establishments. Great hosts, so kind!
