This snug little home is situated in an established neighborhood just minutes away from historic Old Colorado City! A western town in the fullest, you'll miss out if you don’t plan to walk Colorado Ave at least a few times during your stay.

Nestled near Garden of the Gods and Red Rocks Open Space, this charming home has 1 bedroom and 1 bath (with queen sofa bed in living room); the perfect home base for exploring all Colorado has to offer! This is a brand new renovation from floor to ceiling with new appliances. The bedroom is a perfect size with ample closet space and baseboard heating throughout.

Make sure to hike or cycle the nearby trails (there's tons of options!), grab groceries, enjoy restaurants, get your caffeine fix at Starbucks on your way to your next adventure, and stop by the brewpub - all located within a few minutes drive. We recommend experiencing the new Pikes Peak Summit House and Cog Railway, Olympic Museum, and Air Force Academy during your visit. This trip will be one to remember!

For nights at home after your adventures, the TV is equipped with Hulu, Spotify, Peacock Pro, Netflix, Disney+, so you'll never be short of entertainment options.

Although we do not offer a washer and dryer in the unit, we do partner with a local laundry service where you can leave the laundry outside the unit and they will return it the next day washed, folded, and right to your door! You will be able to coordinate with them directly for pickup times after you check-in here at the cottage. Please let us know if you're interested in this service prior to check-in! Finally, due to the fact that this is a long-term rental only, we will be providing a lease agreement which must be signed no later than three days prior to check-in. We look forward to hosting you!

PARKING: There is a provided parking spot in the attached (outside-access) garage as well as ample street parking 30 seconds from the front door.
