We were in NOLA for a long weekend to celebrate a birthday with friends. This apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable for our group of 8. The unit is very new and all the furniture is in great shape. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. The location is also very convenient as a home base to see the city.
Can’t say enough wonderful things! Beautiful, well equipped VRBO! Excellent communication with host! Cool covered patio for coffee or end of day cocktail! We loved it!
Lovely apartment. nice location in Garden District. Convenient to St. Charles Street (trolley) and Magazine Street. Comfortable for three couples with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Cozy living space with outdoor patio. Clean. Beds were comfortable!
We had 6 adult family members coming from 4 different locations and the space was perfect. The living/ kitchen area was a great center location but everyone also had their own space. Very clean with great little porch/ patio out front. One warning, space is on the second floor of building so may not be suitable for mobility challenged. But once in the space, there's no issues at all.
This property was great for a group girls' trip. Big comfy beds and 3 bathrooms to accommodate all the getting ready to go out. Located on a mildly busy corner, but convenient to the trolley and walkable to yummy Magazine St restaurants. Grocery store just around the corner, too. A quick 10 min rideshare ride to French Quarter. Would definitely stay again.
Really enjoyed our stay at this residence in Nola. The apartment is clean and well appointed. The location is strong and centrally located. The trolly is right up the street. You can easily walk to Magazine St. Quick uber ride to the Quarter if needed. Would absolutely stay here again.
The property location is in a very nice, quiet part of town. The nearest tram stop is just a block to the north that takes you to the French Quarter. A block to the west on Delachaise St are an espresso bar, and Leo’s Caboose which I stopped in for a breakfast sandwich every morning. The property was very well kept and comfortable. Will definitely try to book this property again when I’m able to visit NOLA again.
Came here with a few of my girl friends for a little girls trip. The house was perfect for all six of us. Kitchen was so nice to have and the living room was very nice. The beds were all big enough and it was nice to have so many bathrooms. The location was great; walking distance from a lot of stuff in the Garden District and a pretty affordable Uber to the French Quarter if you don't want to take public transit. I would recommend staying here and would stay again if I came back!
This was a great option for a trip to New Orleans! I would recommend it for any group travel based on the location and setup of the apartment. The host was very responsive and even accommodated changes in check in times due to last minute work meetings.
There were quite a few critters our first two nights (which is understandable for New Orleans in the summer time) and the host even sent someone out to lay traps. I would recommend keeping them out year round since the place was newly renovated.
Very good stay with plenty of fans and AC. Close to a grocery store, pharmacy, and Magazine Street. Highly recommend!
My sisters and I absolutely loved our accommodations. It was bright spacious. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need to make a quick or ellaborate meal. The location in the garden district was walkable. Easy access to public transportation. And easy for Uber or taxi's to find. (Note to NOLA visitors. Uber adds a 'booking fee'. We paid as much as $8 booking fee for one ride. The ride cost 9.94. Taxi's are much cheaper. A taxi to the French quarter was about $12) There are good places to eat within walking distance. Ranging from cheap and cheerful to award winning fine dining. There is a dive bar less than 100 feet from the apartment. After spending 20 bucks for cocktails downtown, it was nice to have a G&T for 6.50. I love a dive bar. There was traffic noise when we sat on the balcony. We commented more than once how we cannot hear it once inside. That tells me the quaility of the windows as well as the finishing in the entire unit was high. I tip my hat to the owners. We all commented how we felt safe in the unit. There was locking iron gate on the street level, as well as a hardy lock on the unit door. Being only one unit, unlike a hotel, you don't have to worry about sketchy neighbors. I highly recommend this VRBO. 5 stars!
The property is fantastically located: streetcar, Fresh Market, Magazine Street. Incredibly safe, well-lit, good security, nice neighborhood.
The layout is generous; we never felt on top of each other. Apartment is very well appointed- had everything we needed. Extremely clean. We especially enjoyed evenings on the porch.
Craig was always quick to respond and very attentive.
Perfect layout for 4 couples. Balcony was an added bonus. Availability for street parking was great. Great communication with owner, very clean and well stocked.
Loved this property. Spacious bedrooms; 2 of which had on-suite bathrooms. Nicely decorated with modern appliances, great common area plus a balcony. Location was fantastic, just a block off of St. Charles streetcar stop and a few blocks from Magazine Street. Owner was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.
I stayed here with a group of friends, and we really enjoyed it. The space had everything we needed.
There’s no provided parking space, but parking on the street was easy and manageable.
A couple of the rooms could use some additional shades for sleeping purposes, as there are some bright lights outside, and the sheer curtains don’t block much of it.
But other than that, we loved it. Thank you so much!
Craig, the host, was responsive and helpful. There are four large rooms and three bathrooms which was AWESOME. It is very cutely decorated and walking distance to Magazine Street in the Garden District which we 10/10 recommend. The trolly is a cheap and easy way to get around town and this VBRO was a block away from a stop, taking us pretty much anywhere we needed to be. We all would definitely stay again. Thanks Craig!
Excellent accommodation and facilities. Everything was very clean and in good working order. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone spending a few days in New Orleans.
