The Space:
If you’re looking for a stunning and spacious home that is close to it all while lending itself to both entertainment and relaxation, look no further. This gorgeous home features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two separate living areas, a Sonos sound system, and an outdoor hot tub with nature views. Beautifully appointed with elegant decor and charm and space to spare, it makes for a perfect retreat for your next mountain gathering.
Enter into the stunning open-concept living/kitchen/dining area with a striking stone fireplace as the focal point. With a large flat-screen TV and Sonos sound system inset in the stone and surrounded by a large and inviting sectional sofa, the gas fireplace serves as a centerpiece for your evenings of games, relaxing by the fire, or taking in your favorite entertainment.
Steps away, you will find the dining area with seating for eight and a beautiful kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, and a large pantry. Two ovens and a stove are set in the convenient bar/island, making for easy cooking and serving when you’re ready to whip up a favorite recipe. Seating for three at the bar provides additional space for dining.
When you’re ready to tuck in for the evening or take a break from the fun, three fantastic bedrooms await upstairs to provide rest and relaxation. Packing a dynamic punch, this room also features a sofa/trundle bed that sleeps two twin-size beds. Guests have access to the entire home, the outdoor deck space, and the garage, with parking for one vehicle.
The Neighborhood:
Located near the historic Union Pacific Rail Trail, a 28-mile, non-motorized trail running between Park City and Echo Reservoir, and between Prospector and New Prospector Parks, this home is perfectly situated for easy access to the great outdoors. If city or slopes are more your speed, it is less than a 10 minutes' drive to both Deer Valley and Park City Mountain Resorts and Park City, with its charming Main Street and myriad dining, shopping and entertainment options.
Getting Around:
Making your way to the center of the action in Park City is easy with a nearby stop on the Park City Transit Bus' Red line located on Wyatt Earp Way in between Sidewinder Drive and Butch Cassidy Court. Park City Transit is free and connects you to much of the world-class shopping, skiing, dining and entertainment that Park City has to offer. Park City's Main Street as well as Deer Valley and Park City Mountain Resorts are all also within a quick, 10-minute drive.
Other Things to Note:
Guests may park one vehicle in the garage, with additional parking for 2–3 vehicles in the driveway.
Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use!
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
