Lovely home! W lake view!

Great place to disconnect. And the host is very nice! You have a slightly view of the lake, which is a plus. Highly recommended.

Decent stay!

One of our better Vacasa experience. I would stay here again. It had a great view, good location, newly renovated home, comfortable beds, a huge kitchen and living room area to share. Just some minor quirks which I have already relayed to the property management company and hope it could be addressed for future guests.

Great place for what we needed with minor issues

There were a few broken items/house parts that we let the staff know about. Also, we didn't know that we would have to bring our own electric vehicle charging cord. We had trouble getting into the garage so never used the garage code but was able to get in using the side door key. Overall, it was great though and minor for us but those were little things we noticed. Would stay there again for sure!

Tahoe Getaway Nice

Very good home, nice location, big upgraded house and clean. Only one thing in winter switches get tripped with heaters on in all rooms.

Vacasa doesn't care about its renters

I will start off by saying that the house itself is very nice. The layout is suitable for a group of friends, with rooms on three different levels. However, I cannot fully recommend this house due to the way it is managed by Vacasa. We were greeted with a massive pile of trash in the garage upon arriving at the house. It was not a pleasant site, not to mention that the smell was very prominent, including throughout the lower level. In our two-day stay, we generated one bag of trash. This appeared to be more than a week's worth of garbage, and had been sitting there for at least a couple of days (since the house was not booked the nights before our stay). We also noticed soon after arriving that the downstairs bathroom had a leak from the pipe under the sink. There were noticeable puddles of water on the ground with wet towels. What's disappointing is the poor communication from Vacasa throughout all of this. We could have been notified in advance that the leak was present so that we did not have to scramble to figure out what to do (identifying the source, shutting off valves, getting more towels, etc.). While someone from maintenance came to look at the trash, it was never fully removed by the end of our stay. He was also very surprised by how much trash was left behind and took photos to document. After all of this, Vacasa did not apologize nor offer any form of compensation for the inconveniences they were responsible for. As beautiful as the house was, I cannot recommend booking a rental managed by Vacasa. Also, if you happen to book during the winter, note that the house has a very long, curved, and steep driveway. Your car may have trouble getting up and down the driveway, especially after a storm. This ended up causing a headache for us as even a 4WD vehicle could not maneuver up the driveway.

Loved the house but not Vacasa management

The house was great for our party of 9. Plenty of space, nicely decorated and quiet. But couple of kick ups with Vacasa. The trash bin outside was full and we were not able to get our trash out. The drier had a full load of laundry when we got in. The 2 propane containers for the BBQ were empty. We got in touch with Vacasa who told us they would send someone in the day... no news so called back and were told to go get it filled ourselves and we would get reimbursed. So had the hastle to take care of it before store closes and a month after still no news from the reimbursement... Poor customer service.

Beautiful but could use some improvements

Beautiful and spacious home, and very clean! Its a short drive from Kings Beach and Safeway, so the location is great in the summer. However, many window treatments and hooks were very delicately installed and loose, plus there were very few to none things you might need, such as beach chairs or bikes. Also, for the summer, there is no AC except the basement floor, and it gets VERY hot. Its also right off the main road, so kids can't ride their bikes anywhere nearby.
