This modern 4BR/3.5BA mountain Craftsman with beautiful details throughout offers a peaceful setting nestled on nearly half an acre. Inside, gorgeous decor and high-end finishes welcome you to a pet-free sanctuary. Located on the corner of a quiet court in the heart of the Gray's Crossing community, this retreat offers easy access to Gray's Crossing public community amenities, including a golf course and pro shop.

You're also a 5-minute drive to downtown Truckee. For fresh air and exercise, hop on the bike trail and be downtown in 20 minutes.

LIVING AREA

Soaring ceilings and tons of windows create an airy ambiance in the lodge-like great room, dining, and kitchen. Settle into a leather sectional for a show on the 65-inch TV with a fire blazing in the gas fireplace.

A spacious second living area upstairs has a sectional, shuffleboard, 65-inch TV with Apple TV, and a desk for checking email.

KITCHEN & DINING

Enjoy cooking in the chef's kitchen, equipped with granite countertops and stainless Viking appliances including a gas stove, two ovens, and a wine cooler. A large center island has seating for four and a pantry has plenty of space for snacks. Overlooking the backyard, the dining area has an eight-seat table.

BED & BATH

The primary bedroom puts you in a zen-like state with a king bed, sofa, TV, and gas fireplace. Sliding glass doors lead to the covered patio. Pamper yourself in the en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower.

The second bedroom features a king bed and 50-inch TV, while the third bedroom has a comfy king bed. Snooze the night away on a queen bed in the fourth bedroom.

The second bath has a deep soaking tub/shower combination. A third bath includes a tiled walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead. A half bath adds convenience.

OUTDOOR AREAS

On the main level, choose from several covered patios to enjoy the outdoors. There's also a gas grill, propane, Adirondack chairs, gas firepit, and a picnic table that seats eight.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS

Other amenities include a two-vehicle garage, carport and driveway parking for four. A washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided.

Please note that there is nearby construction. Some nuisance/noise should be anticipated.

LOCATION

Gray's Crossing offers golf, pro shop, and PJ's Restaurant. Downtown Truckee is nearby, with great dining options, wine tasting, and cute boutique shops and galleries.

Get close to Mother Nature at Prosser Reservoir. In warmer months, rent kayaks or a boat, swim, fish, hike, horseback ride, and mountain bike. During winter, hit the slopes at Northstar, Squaw Valley, Sugar Bowl and Boreal, all just 15 minutes away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
