A truly unique getaway, explained beautifully as rustic cabin meets modern. Close enough to town to walk, but removed enough to enjoy the true mountain experience. Enjoy!

Cozy Cottage

This rental is amazingly clean and in a charming location, close and far enough away. The decor is tasteful and woodsy. Appliances are sparking clean. Balcony and outdoor area is another plus. I had not been to Idyllwild for at least 15 years and found the village so quaint and fun, wonderful shops and restaurants, a lot of live music, a wonderful community! Can’t wait to come back!

Clean Cabin in a Great Location

The cabin was great - lovely, clean, modern, and beautifully lit. The location was great - close to town as well as the main trails we like to hike. Just know that it is 1 of 3 cabins on the property, and though the other cabin renters were great, the cabin is not as private as we originally expected. But otherwise a wonderful stay.

Weekend Getaway

Great location, 5 minutes from Idywilid shops and a wide variety of dog friendly restaurant choices. We enjoyed a cold winter snowy weekend in Bear Cabin. Warm and cozy, large fireplace, comfortable queen bed and furniture. The host, Emma , very helpful and informative. We will come back for a summer visit, so we can hike the trails.

Negative review for the Host

The property was fine but unfortunately too far from town. The Host lacked the basic fundamentals of dealing with a guest and VRBO. Took me an 1.5 hours on the phone while headed to the property to get it all sorted out. The Host stated she didn't know we had booked. What? After I had confirmed everything the day before and paid she had no idea. No accountability on her part. Was able to enter into the property 30 minutes after check in. Hard to find property. Documentation in property completely out of date. Yipes.
