Heated Indoor Pools, Remodel Oceanfront King bed!
This condo is professionally cleaned and has contactless check-in. It is located in the Sand Dunes Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC, on the 10th floor and has great views of the ocean and pool area from the balcony. The condo has 1 king bed and sleeps 2. The resort has heated pools, indoor pools, a beachfront restaurant and bar, and a private ocean balcony, as well as a lazy river and hot tubs! The condo has a refrigerator, microwave oven, LCD TV, and private bathroom. Wi-Fi is free.
NOTE: Sand Dunes North Tower Roof Replacement Project will be from February 6 - March 1, 2025. Resort will have some road or walkways closures around the property. They will be onsite Monday-Friday anywhere from 7:30am-6:00pm and potentially on some weekends. Please be aware that there will be noise during the day while resort is working on this project.
Note: Motorcycles are not allowed at the resort's parking.
NOTE: Outdoor Pool Water Feature Fixture Painting - Temporary Pool Closure
-the outdoor pool along with the small kiddie pool will be closed beginning on Monday, April 28th and the large pool will open back up again on Thursday, May 1st, once the pool is open the water features as well as the kiddie pool will remain off until Monday, May 5th to allow for the full 7 day cure time.

I am local to the Myrtle Beach area, prior to moving here I vacationed in the Myrtle Beach area since I was a little girl. I grew up in rural North Carolina, visiting Myrtle Beach on our family vacations and loved every second. I love Myrtle Beach because the palm trees in the pool area give a tropical feel! I have one little girl and our condo is our other pride and joy. I am excited to help you have a perfect vacation and I want your experience to be perfect. Why they chose this property
We loved the ocean view from this condo the first time we visited! The view is even better than the pictures show. Our young child really enjoys the pools and the beach area. We can't wait to come back!

This condo is located just steps from the beach, and offers great views of the ocean. It has a refrigerator, microwave, and LCD TV. The complex has a great pool and lazy river area that are perfect for relaxing by the ocean. This condo is also in a great location for entertainment in the surrounding areas!
