This beautifully updated OCEANFRONT condo has 1.5 bedrooms,1 bathroom, a living room, a dining area, kitchen and a beautiful balcony, overlooking the Atlantic! You will be BLOWN AWAY by the breath taking views, while sipping your morning coffee or having cocktails in the evening. This condo can sleep up to 6 people, with a queen in the master, built in bunk beds just outside the master bedroom with separate doors to close off the room for privacy and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It is located in the HIGHLY desirable family friendly Myrtle Beach Resort. Look no further, MBR has everything you need for the perfect getaway in its 33 acre, gated community . Enjoy live entertainment daily at the Quarter Deck Bar and grill, stop and grab an ice cream cone, or indulge in any of the other Amenities that the resort has to offer including: Lazy river, indoor pools, outdoor pools, sauna’s, Fitness rooms, grill locations, children’s park, oversized swings overlooking the ocean, bocce court, Basketball court, tennis court, volleyball court, it even has a convenient store on site for anything you might need. Come and enjoy this little slice of heaven! Common Renter FAQs. ————-

1. We provide 2 parking passes in the unit. If you require more please let us know prior to check-in.
2. Check-in is at 4PM check-out is at 10AM. No need to ask for an early check-in. We enjoy early check-ins too! For that reason, we will grant you access to the resort early while you wait for you room to be cleaned. Additionally, we will ALWAYS get you into the unit as early as possible. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE an early check-in. This is dependent upon our cleaners and our schedule for the day.
3. We provide initial set of linens. (6) Bath Towels, (6) wash cloths, hand towels & linens for all beds. If they need washed throughout your stay, there is a laundromat on each floor.
4. We will provide an initial, starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bag, dish pod. Please plan and purchase items accordingly.
5. Our kitchens are fully equipped. (Pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils)
6. While certain items may be left by previous guests, we do not provide/replenish the following items:
1. Condiments (salt,pepper, cooking oil, etc)
2. Personal items ( shampoo, conditioner, body wash)
3. Beach Towels- please do not use our bath towels at the beach/pool they become very difficult to clean and often times need replaced.
4. Beach toys (each unit had 2 beach chairs, an umbrella, a boogie board and other pool/beach toys) we have had these items stolen from our unit or broken several times during the season. As a result, we have decided to stop replenishing these items. For this reason, We can’t guarantee that these items are in the unit, although we did put them in there.
5. We will send you detailed Check-in instructions the day of check-in.

Perfect for Family vacation!

Appreciated how clean everything was! Very convenient for family. We loved the room, very cozy! Only complaint was the noise. Karaoke and fireworks every night was an annoyance at bedtime.

Good location

This condo was in a great location with a beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean. The bedroom is tight, but if you’re spending most of your time at the beach that won’t matter. The kitchen is a bit outdated with drawers that don’t work and there isn’t even salt and pepper there so make sure you have all the things you’ll want or need. The on-site market and a few of the amenities weren’t available. It appeared as though there’d been some damage and reconstruction was underway. I don’t even know if they let all the owners know this. Overall, we did have a great time and it worked. They could just use a couple little other perks offered in many vacation rentals.

The condo was good but feel the resort in generally needs maintained better. We have been here for 30 years and the resort in general appearance has declined. Parking is tough enough but seeing employees parking were quests should be able to park make the resort not inviting. Employees should be parking far away from the buildings

A Slice of heaven

We enjoyed our stay very much. We had an oceanfront view and were steps to the beach. The owner, Jessica Dawson was a pleasure to work with and got back to me right away with any questions that I had.

We absolutely love the beach and spending time near the water! We decided to purchase several beachfront properties so that we could enjoy them and also, share them for others to enjoy as well!

Why they chose this property

Myrtle Beach Resort has something for the whole family! We love that you don’t have to leave the property at all for entertainment. When we bring our kids down, there is plenty to do! Kids park (swings, slides etc) , lazy rivers, indoor pools, outdoor pools, basketball courts, restaurants, live entertainment and of course the beach! We love having the convenience of everything all steps away!
