Sweet Beach Retreat is a one bedroom (functions as 2 bedroom), 2 full bath condo on the beach at beautiful Pinnacle Port. Great Ocean views from both the downstairs master suite and the upstairs kitchen area. Upstairs Living area has balcony with partial ocean view. Upstairs and down stairs beds are both Murphy beds. Amenities include heated pool, fitness center, and sauna. Seasonal tiki bar at resort. Close to 30A and all its attractions, including dining, shopping, and amusements.

Wonderful Stay!
We had a great time staying in John's condo! The views from the kitchen/dining space were great! The location was fantastic and way less crowded on the beach than other parts of the Panama City Beach. We loved our long weekend here and would definitely stay here again!

My stay at this beach condo was extremely disappointing. The host was rude and unresponsive to our concerns. To make matters worse, we had no running water in the unit for a full day, leaving us unable to properly wash or use the bathroom facilities. The lack of basic amenities was astounding – broke coffee maker, no dustpan, TVs not working, and filthy dishes that had not been properly cleaned. The floors were dirty and clearly had not been swept or mopped. On top of all this, I discovered an exposed rusty nail on the balcony chair, which posed a safety hazard. This was an unacceptable and unsanitary experience that I would not recommend to anyone. The host refused to compensate us for this neglected property that did not match the advertised description. All he did was argue with us like some child on a social media post. He made a point to tell me he'd refute this review before I even posted it.

The cleaning girl
I am sure that the property owner already took care of this situation, however, I wanted to write this review to put it in the records for the property management. On our arrival the property was not ready. We were exhausted , after 6 1/2 hours of riding in the car we were thought we will walk in to clean and fresh condo. We were disappointed , because we arrived after 4 PM and did not expect to have to wait for the cleaning to be done. I contacted the owner. He was very responsive, but the fact is that the cleaning girl was not aware of our arrival. She stated that she just started cleaning, and no one told her that we are on the way. she finished as soon as she could, but I felt that she was rushing through. The bedding were not changed, I changed them and I had to request pillowcases and extra towels. That was the only negative experience, and I’m sure this will not happen ever again. The condo is decorated lovely. The mattresses are very comfortable. The views are amazing! The water was gorgeous and we collected tons of shells. I would definitely rent this place again. Just wanted to put a constructive criticism for improvement.

Stay at John's condo
We had an extremely wonderful stay at Sunnyside condo in Pinnacle Port. John was an excellent host and extremely accomodaing in every step of the way! The condo unit was very clean upon arrival. John was more than accomodating for any issues that we addressed. He was extremely easy to reach and communicative with regards to any questions or concerns that arose. We would definitely stay at this condo aain--if the opportinuity arises. Thank you, John, for being so easily accessible to us; and for hosting us in your amazing condo! Donna

Great time
This unit was great and had a great view and location. It was decorated very nice and the mattresses were comfortable. The owner was quick to repsond and we had no issues. We would definitely stay here again.
