Just a short drive away, less than 10 minutes, is the Trilogy Community at Verde River, home to one of our top dining spots, Needle Rock Kitchen and Tap — definitely worth a visit! Take your side-by-side or ATVs out on the trails of Tonto National Forest, or embark on an invigorating hike at Tom's Thumb Trailhead, Pinnacle Peak Park Main Trail, Granite Mountain Trailhead, among others. Don't have any off-road vehicles? No problem! • A dedicated, personal door code will be provided to you 24-48 hours prior to your check in time via email.
• We utilize a decibel monitoring system in each home and in the backyard space. These devices do NOT record or video - they simply alert us to decibels peaking over a threshold we've set to remain good neighbors
• IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit & rental agreement.
