Modern Beach house-5 minutes from the beach!

One block from Shinnecock Bay, 1.2 miles to the ocean. Located south of the highway and an easy stroll to the Station Bar (a great little bar with live music. ) Kayaks with wheels to walk to the bay; gourmet kitchen items, plenty of books to read, and a deck with bbq. An easy drive into Southampton Village. If you are interested in renting the whole season, please pm me.

Delightful Stay a Blessing by the Bay!

If I could give a million stars I would! My daughter and I had an incredible time, from the moment we pulled into the driveway we started to smile and get excited!! This home is filled with love and as a guest we felt it in every space from the soft cozy white towels all the way to the conscious cleaning products used to clean them! The house is impeccably decorated, and clean and the beds are so cozy! Kitchen had everything we need, and wow the espresso machine was a treat! The Location is perfect to the Beach and we also took the 2 min walk across the street to the bay each day, and even used the paddleboard on the bay 1 day. Super quick drive to shopping and places to eat. I could go on and on. Marily was so responsive and so helpful with any questions on where to go ideas, she is amazing and so is her home! This is a Great place to stay!

The house was beautiful. The provided amenities were great, any item that we thought we would need was already provided and we did not have any issues. Location is great as well, easy to get around.

Quintessential Hamptons Cottage Updated

Everything was as good or better than expected. Extremely well stocked kitchen, modern bathrooms, nice deck etc. All as pictured !

wonderful long weekend

House was perfect!! Very comfortable and clean and has everything you need. The location is perfect and the ocean beach is just a 5 minute drive. We can’t wait to come back!! Marilyn was a great communicator.

Enjoyed our stay

We stayed in July 2023 and had a great time. House was clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the espresso machine. Marilyn was very quick to respond to the few questions we had. Would def stay again.

Escape from NY heat wave

It was very great brake from NY heat wave. Nice place, very clean, quiet, short walk to kayak landing , 11 min bike to ocean beach, very accurate description of the property. Owner very responsive and helpful

Great location and Great house

We had a wonderful stay. The home was a short walk to the bay and an easy drive to beach. The house was immaculate and even better than in the pictures. Home has everything from great books to borrow, games, paddleboard and kayaks. Will definetly stay here again.

Great stay!

House is even better than pictured! There was plenty of space for our family of four. There was an amazing selection of books, and beach towels for the beach. The master bath was huge and nice, and the beds were comfortable. We didn’t get a chance to use the kayaks or SUP, but it’s a short walk to the bay. We didn’t want to leave!
