A nice place

This is a nice house in a nice neighborhood and is convenient to many shops and restaurant. We would definitely stay here again. Hunter was very responsive and took care of any issues we had. The only thing missing was a desk/chair in the office which we understand was being replaced. We especially liked the fenced in yard for our dog, the lanai and the grill.

Comfortable and cozy

The excellent host was very communicative and responsive. Beds are very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Conveniently located very close to Red Bug Slough Preserve (nice park for walking and viewing turtles), few minutes from grocery stores, 10 minutes drive to beaches. Quiet neighborhood. Good size of yard space.

5+ stars!!

Definitely 5+ stars!! My husband and I stayed at Lark Ridge Cottage from Thanksgiving through Christmas and couldn't be happier! The 3 bedroom home is immaculate, up to date and offers everything that you need to enjoy your stay. We both worked from home, so the large office was quite the bonus! The neighborhood is quiet and safe, we felt very comfortable walking our dog there. It is conveniently located to all of the beaches, restaurants and shops. Larry was easily accessible and very quick to respond to our general questions, despite it being a holiday. Thank you Larry for being such a kind host - we will surely miss Lark Ridge Cottage and all of the sun and warmth Florida has to offer! Many blessing to you and Karin in the new year!!

Immersed in Cental location

Loved staying at Lark Ridge Property. We rented it for about 40 nights. It is centrally located in a cute neighborhood. We felt safe there, neighbors are friendly. We walked our dog there every morning and night. House is clean and the beds are very comfortable. Larry keeps the yard well maintained and he is easy to communicate with. Definitely were happy with our stay and would stay again or recommend to others to stay here.

Very comfortable stay

My husband and I stayed the month of March in this comfortable Sarasota home. We found the home to be clean and comfortable. We easily made most meals right there. The location was convenient. Larry answered any questions very promptly. We would happily stay there again.
