About this property

Villa with private pool and sea-view

Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:

- booking fee 51 €
- inscription fee 5 €/person
- bed-linen/towels 15 €/person/set
- dog 20 €
- guarantee 500 € (will be refunded 2 weeks after departure)

incl. electricity till 120 kwh/week and water till 15 cbm/week (more consumption is to pay)

The Space:
Comfortable and modern villa with fantastic sea views and private pool. The house is located in a very quiet residential area. It has a beautiful mediterranean garden with large covered outdoor kitchen with a barbecue area. The house is spacious and offers plenty of room for several families. Very good furnished.

Internet per Wifi available.

Overall a very nice us however refined location.

At pool level there is a spacious living area (with sofa bed), 1 kitchen (with dishwasher ) and 1 bathroom. The sleeping area is accessible by an interior staircase and has 4 bedrooms ( 3 with air conditioning) and 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a small kitchenette. The 4th bedroom is very small - and has no window.

Guest Access:
The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in a quiet residential area with single-family houses.

Getting Around:
Restaurant and supermarket are within walking distance. The nearest beach is about 1 km away. It is a stoney bay ( with snack bar ). Ideally suited for snorkeling. There is also a rock to jump into the water.
Distance to the sandy beach 5 km, pebble beach 1 km, supermarket 200 meters and restaurants 500 m; Golf 6 km.

Other Things to Note:
Minimum age of the tenants 25 years. Groups with singles are not accepted (we only accept families with children or couples).
Only small dog possible (till 10 kg an more then 1 year old).

The arrival and departure has to be on Saturday (its to request for other days).

Nous avons passé de tres belles vacances dans cette villa avec une vue incroyable sur la mer. Villa très agréable en tout point. Accueil parfait et echange avec la gérante tres bien reponse rapide à nos questions Vraiment parfaite nous recommandons.

Magnifique vue
Nous sommes venus il y a 2 ans et nous avions déjà beaucoup aimé la vue. Cette année nous avons testé d’autres restau dans les villes voisines comme Moraira. Très bien également Côté maison, nous avons eu un soir de pluie mais après 9 mois de pluie ça nous a fait rire :) La piscine était très propre ainsi que la plancha et la maison. La personne nous a très bien accueilli et nous avions une bouteille d’eau dans le frigo ainsi que du vin. Rien à redire. Nous reviendrons certainement Merci

Bel emplacement, vue imprenable.
Bien située, un cadre magnifique, grande maison et extérieur superbe. Equipements à revoir : Literie, cafetière, grille pain, parasol... Très bon séjour, tout le mode était ravi.

De très belles vacances trop courtes
Magnifique vue sur la mer (180 degrés). Super marché Pepe Sal à proximité à pieds (10 minutes) pharmacie et restaurants el Cumbre et Como en Casa avec accès aux courts de tennis. Mention spéciale pour Como en casa La villa est située dans une zone résidentielle, donc calme assuré Nous réserverons l’année prochaine avec Mme gysline Blay, c’est sûr Merci également à Marisa notre concierge Je vous conseille vivement cette villa
