Einfach nur super

Wir waren fast 2 Wochen dort, tolle nette Vermieter, die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig, man hat einen tollen Blick ins Tal. Es war sehr sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Unser Hund war Recht herzlich willkommen, er wurde sehr nett empfangen. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.In der Umgebung kann man viele Ausflüge mache, viel sehen und Winterwandern was unserem Husky natürliche sehr gefällt.Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub dort, wunderbare Vermieter, einfach nur alles perfekt.D

Traumferienwohnung mit perfektem Ausblick

Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet. Vor allem der neu gestaltete Wohn Küchenbereich ist ein Highlight. Der Balkon war am Ende des Tages immer unser Ausklang. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und bei Fragen sofort hilfsbereit.Die Lage am Hang war super um mit dem Hund zu spazieren. Das Skigebiet war gut zu erreichen und hat auch viel Spaß gemacht.Unser Silvester war damit einfach traumhaft mit Platz in der ersten Reihe über Matrei.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.Es ist etwas abenteuerlich zu der Unterkunft zu kommen,aber Machbar.Die Ferienwohnung wurde komplett neu renoviert und eingerichtet,sehr modern.

Beste Unterkunft seit langem

Die Wohnung, die Gastgeber und die Umgebung einfach perfekt. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Da das Wetter schon sehr herbstlich war, wurden wir mit einer gewärmten Unterkunft empfangen. Die Wohnung war einfach nur bombig, alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt. Jederzeit gern wieder.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf Matrei und die umliegenden Berge

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön gelegen, perfekt ausgestattet, modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber mit großem Balkon und wunderbarer Aussicht. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit.

Eine so schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung habe ich noch nicht erlebt! Ein ganz großes Lob und Dankeschön an die Vermieter! Sie werden ihrem persönlichen Anspruch, ihren Gästen eine passende Unterkunft für eine erholsame Zeit anzubieten, absolut gerecht. Traumhafter Ausblick

A lovely house on a beautiful spot

Matrei is a nice little town in a stunningly beautiful valley. The accommodation has great views to the mountains from all windows. Matrei night life is limited (probably nearly non-existent) but there are several grocery stores and other necessities easily accessible. The accommodation itself is a house where the owner lives downstairs and the upstairs is rented out for travellers. Upstairs and downstairs are separated by a staircase which ensures privacy. Doors to the guest facilities can be locked. There are three spacious bedrooms, a combined shower/toilet, another separate toilet, and a well equipped but not huge kitchen/living room area. All furniture, hardware, utensils, etc are of very good quality and in great condition. There is a Jura coffee machine but no microwave oven. There is a dishwasher but no washing machine. For the added rural touch, there is a barn with some sheep at the property. The owners are a nice, friendly couple and the dealings with them were all very pleasant. The skiing in Matrei itself is a bit limited but all major Tirolian ski resorts are easily accessible by car with one to two hours drive. Access to Matrei from the Austrian side is through a tunnel for which one has to pay but for a stay of any length, a season pass is recommended. It can be bought on the spot (at least in Jan. 2022 it could) so there is no need to make advance arrangements. The ski resorts at the Italian side are also easily accessible and highly recommended. Overall, the stay was fantastic and we did really enjoy the accommodation. I would have no hesitation booking again. If looking for a busy town with a plenty of action then Matrei may not be the place but for a quiet stay when preferring to do one's own cooking instead of eating out, I couldn't recommend the place more highly.

Herrlicher Wanderurlaub in Osttirol

Wir waren 5 Erwachsene, die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich gut ausgestattet. Für uns hat alles bestens gepasst, man konnte gut und bequem zu fünft auch in der Küche sitzen und gemeinsam essen, spielen, plaudern. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, alles war total unkompliziert. Wir sind in diesem Uraub sehr zufrieden gewesen - das hatte sowohl mit der herrlichen Osttiroler Landschaft, aber auch mit dieser tollen Unterkunft zu tun.

Ottimo

L’appartamento è molto grande e confortevole e ci è stato messo a disposizione completamente (avrebbero potuto tenere chiusa una camera visto che eravamo in 4 e avevamo a disposizione 3 camere). La posizione è molto bella, con una vista dal balcone su tutta la valle e sul ghiacciaio. Buona la dotazione in cucina, completa di lavastoviglie.

de vakantiewoning ligt op een prachtige locatie. de woning is voorzien van alle gemakken en was goed schoon. goed contact met eigenaar, die op de beneden verdieping woont. kamer/keuken is wat klein ten opzichte van de totale ruimte van het appartement

Vom Balkon aus toller Blick runter nach Matrei so wie in die Berge und Täler. Sehr Ruhig, man kann sich gut erholen.

mooie ligging, van alle gemakken voorzien en bovenal... schoon!

Het huis is opgesplitst in 2 gedeeltes. Beneden wonen de eigenaren en de gehele bovenverdieping wordt verhuurd. Appartement bestaat uit 3 grote slaapkamers met veel opbergmogelijkheden, een woonkeuken (bank 5 pers. + losse stoel, keukenblok en bedbank), een losse ruime toiletruimte, een zeer ruime badkamer met een 2e wc en een mooi lang balkon (over de hele breedte van het huis). Op de foto's kregen we niet echt een goed beeld van de grootte van alles, maar we werden positief verrast. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaresse met respect voor jouw privacy. Het appartement was mooi schoon en huisraad was overcompleet. :D We hadden zelf niks aan kookspullen o.i.d. hoeven mee te nemen. In de winter wel de sneeuwkettingen meenemen. Huis staat net buiten het dorp, hogerop de berg en is alleen te benaderen via een stijl pad. Het pad werd wel goed onderhouden (zout en kiezel gestrooid), maar toch op 1 plek minder grip. Erg naar ons zin gehad. Dikke aanrader!
