4 bedroom 3 bath home in Rotonda West with pool and spa near beaches!The kitchen has ample seating and bar. Master-bedroom suite with jetted tub and shower. The upstairs bedroom has two full size bunk-beds and an attached full bath. Two other bedrooms share a full bath. Heated pool and spa. Equipped with 4 adult bicycles and 1child bike and helmets. Numerous beach toys and equipment. Ping pong table in garage.Home nestled in quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Boca Grande Beaches and Englewood Beach are less than 10 miles away. There are several golf courses and marinas near by. Cape Haze Walking/Biking Trail right around the corner.

Just another beach loving family. We are parents to 3 and grand parents to 5. We fell in love with this house and neighborhood. Great for walking or riding bikes. Very close to several beaches. We have tried to have everything here that you need for a family vacation. We hope you enjoy our vacation home!

This property is in a quiet neighborhood that’s perfect for walking or riding bikes. Centrally located near Grocery store and Dollar Store. Close to several beautiful beaches.
What makes this property unique
The spa is an added benefit. We also have a baby gate for safety. Cameras on outside of property can be left on for added protection at your request.
