King’s View - Stunning Panoramic Ocean Views
Located at the very tip of the Boothbay peninsula, you will enjoy stunning panoramic ocean views throughout this adorable 2B/2BA cottage. Enjoy the large primary suite which has a en-suite bathroom, a king bed, a Mitsubishi mini-split, and a smart TV. The second bedroom features an adjustable queen bed with a second bathroom right next to it. There are window unit ACs in addition to the mini-split and the house stays well-cooled in the summer. This cottage is located on a fantastic road called King Phillips Trail which runs right along the edge of the ocean and is a great place to walk or jog.

Why they chose this property
Thhis incredible spot at te tip of a peninsula has incredible views in 3 directions. You can ear surf noise and feel the ocean breezes. We may be biased, but we think it is an incredibly special place in a gorgeous location
