This condo is located in an established resort called Fall Creek. Fall Creek Resort has a mixture of full time tenants, vacation homes, and nightly rentals. Perfect Getaway for the Girls

Loved this condo! It was extremely accessible towards Branson attractions. It came clean and the decorations were adorable. I highly recommend.

Cozy and cute condo

Condo is in a great location right on the lake. Easy access to all that Branson has to offer. The condo was clean and the communication with the owner and property manager was good.

Great place by the river

The stay was great. Very quiet met all our needs very comparable to hotel cost and a lot more privacy. The river view was a great touch. Will definitely be back!

Very Poshy pad!

We enjoyed our stay! Loved the view and wildlife on the private patio! The pad was clean and nice and is good for a one or two night stay. It wouldn’t be very functional for a longer stay. ☺️

Wonderful stay

My sister and I had a wonderful stay in this condo! The place is beautifully decorated! We loved it! We had a problem with the shower and had no trouble contacting the host. They weren't able to get it fixed while we were there, but it definitely wasn't their fault! We would stay here again!

Posh pad stay!

Absolutely LOVED this posh pad! The decor was stunning and the place was very clean! My mom & I loved all the antiques throughout the place. We enjoyed our coffee on the back patio, it was so quiet and relaxing. We ran into one issue very late at night, I contacted the owner right then and he immediately got back to me and took care of the issue ASAP along with following up the next day. I would 100% stay here again!

Unique Property

The owners where great and communication was awesome. The property is listed as wheelchair accessible but hallway is narrow with an odd angle so its hard to manipulate. Decor is great and you will not feel like you are staying at a resort. Amazing views of the water

Great place to stay - perfect location

I cannot say enough good things about this condo. The location is perfect - on an end unit, ground floor level, deep into the complex and very private. The decor is so well done - even my husband thought it was fun and way better than a boring hotel. I personally wanted something close to the water to use my standup paddleboard. I was able to store it outside on the patio and literally carry it down to the put in less than 50 yards away. There is a marina further downstream too, very close - check with the marina about the generation schedules for the dam upstream that controls water flow for fishing, boating, etc. The main clubhouse was available for use to check out items for putt putt, beach volleyball, pickleball, corn hole. Also there is a covered pavilion and community gas grills at the club house. Less than 10 minutes from downtown Branson. We were in town for a baseball tourney and less than 10 minutes to Ballparks of America where our son was staying. It was perfect.

The building was a little difficult to find & the upstairs neighbors were noisy, but at no fault of the property. Wasn’t as “walk out” to the water as I thought, but still had some water views. Cute, cute, & clean!

Perfectly POSH PAD for any getaway

From the Online description, to the Checkout Process it was a dream come true.. The place is so Vibrantly Decorated all the way down to the little details. Posh Pad Condo

The condo smelled so nice and was well decorated. We have stayed at many VRBO properties, would really recommend that you leave written directions for using the Smart TV (not everyone has one) We cook on vacation, a tea picture, larger microwave bowls hot pads dishcloths and dishrags medium/small pots, cooking utensils, whisk slotted spoon etc would elevate your property. Enjoyed the patio even though a tree company was cutting a tree right behind the condo. Enjoyed our trip

Bldging was hard to find, bldg 43 needs to be listed in the physical address...information on how to operate the TV in bedroom would of been nice... It worked well enough for our impromptu weekend trip

Overnight trip through Branson

Just as pictured! Super cute and inviting place to stay. Very close to the happenings of Branson. Lots of great activities near this condo. Yet just far enough away from feeling too close to too many people if you prefer a quieter time.

Mostly pleasant.

Clean and pleasantly quiet vacation. Enjoyed the decor and furnishings. Drippy bath tub was a bit distracting until we turned on some white noise. Very nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit. Kitchen wasn't overly equipped, but we picked up a kitchen towel and dish cloth at Walmart and got along fine...a toaster might have been nice. Great little unit for the price. Critters in the back yard as well a variety of birds made our morning coffee fun.

Loved this property—peaceful and quiet, thoughtful touches, and easy check-in/checkout process. We really appreciated John and Derek’s guidebook and and took advantage of the beautiful weather sitting out in the yard every morning. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a lovely getaway!
