Logement froid et impersonnel, peu accueillant qui a mal vieilli par rapport aux photos de l'annonce. On voit bien qu'il n'y a pas d'entretien et de mise à jour. Hotte de cuisine, table cuisson sales. Frigo bancale sans lumière. Toilettes sales, murs douteux, pare douche cassé, aération dégoûtantes... Pourtant 2 pages de protocole de nettoyage vous sont envoyées lors de la location. Je ne recommande ce logement.

Je recommande cette location !
Très bel emplacement : proche de la mer, à 5 min à pied du centre ville et des commerces. Possibilité de tout faire à pied. Stationnement de parking gratuit même si quelques difficultés de trouver une place. Gros plus pour la terrasse et ses équipements !!! De magnifiques vacances et de beaux souvenirs à Cabourg !! Agence accessible et à l’écoute des vacanciers!

Entretien laisse à désirer
Appartement sympathique en soi mais pb de ménage . La terrasse était dégoûtante et j’ai dû balayer la loggia en arrivant. Les vitres n’ont pas été faites depuis???? La baignoire aurait dû être vérifiée car elle s’evacuait très mal. Quand j’ai voulu ouvrir le canapé pas moyen!!! Heureusement nous étions 3 d’élément. Enfin faire la vaisselle sans égouttoir..... Bref l’entretien assuré par inter home n’est pas sérieux.

Super lumineux cosy agreable
Le + la terrasse le coté confort cocooning de l appt la luminosité le calme dans la résidence la situation géographique de l appt ( ni trop pres ni trop loin des commerces ) Le - la machine a café ... qui a perdu son socle pour double dose (impossible d utiliser les capuccino acheté exprès pas de café au réveil ) la toute petite tv le manque de miroir (ds le salon et entrée ce serait bien ) et dommage qu il n y pas un petit salon de jardin en résine vu la grande terrasse A bon entendeur )
