Located in beautiful Cherry grove beach, just half a mile from the Cherry grove fishing pier.

This ground floor unit has front door access to the large swimming pool and direct beach access through the spacious 26ft patio. No more having to tote your belongings up flights of stairs or having to wait for those pesky elevators.
Recently updated this 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom unit offers everything you need to enjoy your stay.
The fully stocked kitchen has new stainless steel appliances as well as dishwasher and stand alone ice maker. A large kitchen island with extra seating offer space to cook and prepare meals.
The living room has a new pull out sofa bed with a queen memory gel foam mattress. Walk out to the spacious 26ft patio and enjoy the warm ocean breeze as you listen to the waves crash. Bedroom one has a new sealy king size mattress and large sliding glass doors that lead to the patio and let in lots of natural light. The bathroom located in bedroom one has a walk in shower.
The second bedroom offers two queen sized beds and a newly installed smart TV. Brand new full sized washer and dryer just installed.

For your convenience extra pool/beach towels, beach chairs,Wagon, and beach toys are available for use during your stay.

If your looking for a quiet family friendly beach away from the crowds, this is the place for you.
Shops and restaurants located about a mile away.

Great All Around
This apartment had everything to make our stay the perfect home away from home. Everything was well planned and laid out where we could unpack and feel at home. The apartment was clean and ready for us upon arrival. Cherry Grove is our favorite beach. This is now our favorite apartment.

Perfectly Relaxing Oceanfront Retreat
This property is highly taken care of as a whole, and this unit itself was beautifully updated with everything you could ever want, just like home on the beach! Our family loved being able to walk straight from porch to beach in 2 mins, then also from our unit right out to the pool in 2 seconds! All the thoughtful extras included like the beach cart/chairs/toys were another bonus. If we could afford this condo unit we would buy it! It was our family's best July 4th at the beach by far.

We loved your condo!! Perfect location, very clean, well stocked with items we needed. The back veranda with the lights was a delight! And, the ease of beach access is perfect! Thank you again for sharing your place with us! My son just got home from being in the Marines, my daughter was on her summer break after her first year of college. It was a perfect place to rest and enjoy my family! 💕

Beautiful condo
This condo is beautiful as the pictures show. It was an easy walk to the beach from the patio. The condo is stocked with anything you will need for your stay. I had a few questions day before and day of check-in which the Owner, Jesse, replied with quick responses. We will be back to stay.

Seconds from Beach
This property was very nice and just a walk out the balcony to the beach. Very clean and lots of amenities such as beach chairs, kids sand toys cooler and the Best part an Ice Machine!! The area is in a great location and had plenty of room at the beach to relax. The owners super nice and available if you needed anything!! Definitely would stay again

Really enjoyed staying at this condo. Location was idea, just walk out the back door up the small sandy path and you are on the beach! Cherry Grove is a great area too. We had a great time and would gladly return!

The Perfect Place
My friends and I stay at this cozy beach condo to celebrate my friend’s 50th birthday. It was the perfect place for us! This condo is on the ground floor, right across from the path to the beach, and and hose to wash your sandy feet/belongings. It even has an ice machine, so we could fill our cooler each day and keep our drinks cold at night! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay or place for our girls getaway. We will definitely be returning and sharing this place with others who are looking for a great place on the beach!

Absolutely amazing
The pictures and description were exactly as the condo looked and said. The beach front access to the beach was absolutely amazing. Walk off the patio over the dune (short walk) and the beach is right there. Wake up open the doors and you can hear the ocean and relax. The condo was absolutely stunning and had everything you needed PLUS more. Kitchen fully equipped and then some (the ice machine for filling the cooler daily was amazing)! The thoughtfulness on our stay from before the trip to after was very generous. Will absolutely be back. Thank you!

Fantastic hospitality on the first trip to the beach for my daughter
This was my first time using Vrbo and was very fortunate to stumble across this property for a last minute Labor Day Weekend trip. Jessie was a wonderful host and was very communicative and kind. With full expectations of a busy crowded weekend, this area of Cherry Beach was not bad at all. My wife and our three kids enjoyed the pool and the easy access to the beach for a relaxing getaway. The unit was very clean and had everything that we needed. We made some great memories including my youngest child experiencing her first beach and learning to swim without swimmies in the pool. We won’t forget this trip and will absolutely be back. I have recommended to other family. Thanks, Jessie!

Such a great beach getaway!
The owner was always quick to respond! The kitchen had everything you would need and then some! All the beach toys were there with just a few steps from the beach! We had an amazing time and can't wait to go back!

Great location for the 2 bd 2 b condo. First level unit, out the front door is the pool and out the back door is the ocean-can’t beat it!! Newly updated unit has everything you will need to enjoy your time at the beach!!

We could not have been happier. The unit was so clean and looked to have been freshly renovated, and everything(furniture, beds, towels, kitchenware) appeared brand new. I have been staying at Kings View Villa every Summer since I was a child and the unit is far and away the best I have seen, we will definitely be back next year!

So in love with this condo!!
My mom, my 8 year old nephew, my 8 year old son and myself decided to take a mini trip before my daughter is due in October. We found this condo and are so grateful that we chose it to stay in! It’s in the perfect location and everything is near by. If you get hungry or want to go browse the stores, you don’t have far to drive or you can order delivery. Being on the first floor was perfect because I’m 6 months pregnant and didn’t have any stairs to climb or stairs to tote luggage up and down. This was a huge plus for me! The condo was super clean. The set up of it was very nice and worked well for our family also. It has all of the amenities you need to cook a yummy meal, which was really nice as well. The porch on the back is very relaxing and the ocean is literally steps away, as is the pool! We had no complaints and can’t wait to stay again! You don’t want to pass this place up!

Family Vacation
This trip was with my parents and brother. Cherry Grove is very nice with a grocery store and restaurants near by. The condo was very nice and clean. It was WONDERFUL to be able to avoid stairs and elevators and just walk right out to the beach! The beach is right there! Especially for my parents. The owner was really nice and checked on us after we got here too! You will really enjoy this condo! Don’t hesitate! We loved it, sad to leave.
