After your activities in the surrounding area, relax in the sauna and whirlpool, make yourself comfortable at the dining table and organise a games evening or chat late into the evening by the fireplace.



Unwind on the terrace while you soak up the sun and watch your children play on the many play equipment, swim to your heart's content in the spacious pool against a magical backdrop and end a wonderful day with a delicious outdoor barbecue. A special feature of this house is that one of the pools is filled with thermal water from Vulci.



Thanks to the excellent location in the heart of the Maremma in Lazio, there are many excursion options here. Visit the thermal baths of Vulci and spend a day on the beaches of Montalto di Castro and Pescia Romana. You can also visit Lake Bolsena and the town of Ansedonia.
