About this property

This beautifully designed modern home will provide you and your family a retreat from the busyness and stress of life. Our family friendly home features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a screened in pool and lanai, and a large open concept living area with a kitchen, dining area and breakfast nook. And it's just 25 minutes to Fort Myers Beach!

The space
We have carefully thought out every detail and designed this space to be beautiful AND functional. The whole home is yours to use and enjoy!

Our home features 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Our MASTER SUITE sits on it’s own side of the home away from the other bedrooms and offers a KING size bed with memory foam mattress, large dresser, smart TV, full length mirror, lamps with usb access to charge devices, and attached master bath with double sinks, a jacuzzi tub, and separate walk in shower. This room also has enough space for a rollaway bed.

Guest Room 2 features a KING size bed with memory foam mattress, smart TV, lamps with usb access to charge devices, full length mirror, closet and space for a rollaway bed.

Guest Room 3 offers a QUEEN size bed with memory foam mattress, night stands, smart touch lamps with charging pad for your devices, closet and full length mirror.

Guest Room 4 has a private door to the Lanai and offers a QUEEN size bed with memory foam mattress, night stands, smart touch lamps with charging pad for your devices, closet and full length mirror.

Our home features a spacious OPEN CONCEPT LIVING AREA with vaulted ceilings and large windows allowing lots of natural light into the room. You’ll find a main entertainment area with a 75” smart TV with netflix and comfortable seating to enjoy the space. Attached is another seating area, the kitchen, dining area, and breakfast nook.

Our FULL KITCHEN features a large Island with bar seating and plenty of space to enjoy cooking. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking utensils, dishes, and appliance essentials and plenty of space for you to store your groceries and pantry items. Our kitchen has pots and pans, knives, bakeware, drip coffee machine, stand mixer, blender, and toaster. We have also supplied plastic cups, plates, and bowls to use in the lanai/pool area. Everything is safe to go in the dishwasher- so you shouldn’t be hand washing much on vacation!

Attached to the kitchen are the DINING ROOM and a BREAKFAST NOOK. The dining room features a modern large table that seats six and the beautiful breakfast nook area that looks out to the pool seats 4. We also have a high chair available for little ones.

CHILD specific amenities include a high chair and packnplay (with sheets).

The screened in LANAI and POOL area offers a great space to gather in the sun, enjoy the pool, and lounge on patio furniture. Pool toys are provided. Please no glass near or in the pool, and use the pool at your own risk! Pool can be HEATED for an extra $35 per day at your request. (Charge will come after booking is confirmed)

Our outdoor space provides plenty of PRIVACY with mature trees and beautiful palm brush encasing the entire area- we even have a mature fruit producing mango tree and avocado tree!

And lastly, our home also features a LAUNDRY ROOM with a washer and dryer that you are welcome to use during your stay. You’ll also find any cleaning supplies you may need and an ironing board and iron for those fancy dinner night out clothes… just don’t spend too much time in this room! You’re on VACATION!

Cape Coral offers a public beach just a couple miles away. Fort Myers beach is about 25 minutes away and Captiva and Sanibel are about 45 minutes away. There are lots of opportunities for day trips and exploration! Our welcome guide will also share some of our favorite local spots to eat/visit and kid friendly activities with you.

Space was great

Our whole family came to Florida, so there was 12 of us. Eight adults and four infants. The house had plenty of space for us which we really liked. Nice large kitchen and the living room for us all. The pool was nice to have right there as well, although the floor is extremely slippery when wet and not alot of space to sit in the a sun. Out door cushions were very dirty/ moldy. There is no barbeque as advertised, and the house was not as clean as I would had expected. I would say the house was also starting to look tired. As far as the area goes, there is not much to do without having to drive a distance.

Awesome location for family!

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was everything pictured and perfect for our 3 kids. There were toys and a bounce house in the garage for them. Lots to do around the area and close to the grocery. A park just a short walk or drive and a beach on the river 10 mins away that the kids loved to play at. Emily was very responsive to anything we needed!

Great place for a large group

This was a very pleasant place to stay. We loved the thoughtful extras like the beach towels, sand toys, pool toys, plenty of pool towels and the cooler bag for the beach. There was plenty of room for our group of 11 and the pool and lanai were really nice. The rooms were all very clean and had modern decor. The rollaway beds and pullout couch were helpful for our large group. The kitchen was well-equipped and had lots of room for multiple people to work in it at one time. The yard was beautifully landscaped, despite the recent hurricane. There were a few minor issues, which we bring up so you can improve the experience for the next guests. 1) The dishwasher. If you pulled both racks out at the same time or pulled the upper rack out all the way, the whole dishwasher would tip forward and we nearly broke some dishes as a result. I don't think it's probably secured somehow. 2)The coffee pot had grounds dried and stuck in it that we couldn't get out. Those that drank coffee said it made their coffee not taste good. 3) The button to make the jets go on the jacuzzi tub wouldn't stay on unless you held it down the whole time. A couple of things that would have made the experience a little nicer would have been coffee cups that weren't breakable, so that we could take them out onto the lanai, and a bigger selection of board games. Overall, it was a beautiful place to stay and thoughtfully laid out for families. We would definitely stay there again.

A gem of a place!

This house is wonderful! The kitchen is fabulous- lots of counter space and stocked with every appliance and tool you’ll need. Everything you’ll need to enjoy the beach and pool is there… umbrellas, floats, chairs, sand toys, towels. And for those rainy afternoons you’ve got the huge tv for entertainment. Everything was clean and just as advertised. We had a lovely stay and Emily was a responsive wonderful host! We look forward to coming again!

Fantastic Family Home!!

What a beautiful home and great host! Everything felt luxurious and new- the beds were so comfortable, soft white towels, the kitchen fully outfitted with everything you’d need, and a huge screen tv for movie nights! The home also had everything you’d need for a great beach day, and tons of pool floaties and toys for the kiddos. It’s the perfect spot for a family vacation- right by the grocery store, ice cream shop, restaurants and close to fantastic beaches. Emily was a wonderful attentive host and responded quickly to any questions we had. Definitely recommend booking this home for your next vacation!

We had a great time! The home was spacious, fully stocked, clean and beautifully decorated. All I needed was food, shampoo/ conditioner, body wash, clothes and a bathing suit - everything else was there. We we close to stores and the beach. My boys, 5 and 8, loved the big tv, the pool, pool toys and space. We even used the beach chairs and floaties provided. Emily was wonderful and responded to all my inquiries. It was a very relaxing vacation, thank you for sharing your rental!

Family Trip

All I can say is...you don't have to leave the house but to maybe get food. Pool days were the best days. Plenty shade but enough sun to get that tan we all go to FL to get!! My teenager was able to have views of the pool. My 15 month old was able to run free without thought to him getting into anything too crazy. Emily was also very responsive from when we initially booked and willing to answer all my questions. During the stay she also checked in on us, which was extremely thoughtful. A lot of thought was put into what guests may need during a stay. We are so glad we chose this home!
