Please be aware that some drive lanes & parking will be affected. Replacement is completed for this unit already. The project still may affect your stay as there will be equipment throughout the resort until the entire project is completed. Please contact us for further details if needed.
By booking this condo, you agree that you understand there is an active railing replacement project & Maui Westside is not responsible for how this project or any other unexpected occurrences may affect your stay including but not limited to; inconvenience from construction, noise, traffic, limited parking, or neighboring guests. Any disturbance shall not constitute a breach of your agreement with Maui Westside & does not entitle the guest to any refund or rental adjustment.
PARKING: $10.95 daily parking fee (per vehicle) is paid directly to the front desk at check-in.

BEACHES: Beaches in Hawaii change size from month to month due to the surf, currents and tides. Beaches may be larger, smaller or nonexistent depending on the current season and conditions.
OCCUPANCY: This Rental Property may be occupied by no more than 4 persons. All persons: Adults, children and infants count toward the total number of occupants - no exceptions.

We are 5 minutes from the resort and are on the property daily.
