EVERYTHING LEVEL! Your vacation home has 2 bedrooms with double beds, a beautiful living room with the opportunity to sleep two more on a luxury sofa bed. The cozy living room is equipped with hifi and TV. An integrated kitchen with all accessories is a matter of course for us. You can have your breakfast in the sunshine in a cozy dining area. A nice bathroom with shower provides refreshment. High chair can be placed. You can start the day or enjoy the evening on a beautifully landscaped terrace. On the doorstep, the beautiful Ternscher See invites you to go for a walk or a swim just 40 meters away. Its sandy beach is ideal for small children, the meadows around it, the snack bar and a beautiful playground for the little ones with a climbing frame, soccer field and even nice places to stop for refreshments. To reach everything by foot. A great bike tour is actually a must, because the Stever is only 100 meters away and then the Dortmund-Ems Canal follows with endless bike paths. Excursions can also be made to many palaces and castles. To name just a few, such as the beautiful Nordkirchen Castle, Vischering Castle, Lüdinghausen Castle, Cappenberg Castle, Westerwinkel Castle, Münster Castle in Münster. Get involved in the 100 lock rod. The ZOO Dortmund or the all-weather zoo in Münster are of course not to be forgotten either. For the children there is the Kettler Hof and Gut Eversum, which can be easily reached by car. Farmer Ewald, with a farm tour is not to be forgotten. There are also nice restaurants in the immediate vicinity, which can be reached on foot or by bike. Maybe you just want to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Parking spaces are of course free of charge.

Die Wohnung ist aus der Kategorie: „ich übernachte im Musterhaus“ 😉. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet, was wir zwar mögen, aber doch nichts für gemütliche Abende Die Möbel sind im sehr gutem Zustand. Betten waren bequem. Was uns auch bei der Buchung nicht klar war, dass wir die Wohnung putzen müssen. Es stand dann, wenn wir es richtig verstanden haben, auf dem Mietvertrag. Option, es dem Vermieter zu überlassen, wurde nicht angeboten. Dass die Handtücher mitzubringen sind, kam per Mail. Es gab zu viele Mails, dafür, dass wir nur 2 Nächte dort waren...in jeder zu viele Links...welche Information wofür war nicht so nachvollziehbar. Doof fanden wir, dass wir uns bei FeWo anmelden mussten, um die Adresse etc. zu erfahren. Zu kompliziert. Umgebung: kleiner See mit Spielplätzen. Sonst waren wir weniger zum Spaß dort, sondern wegen einem 2tägigem Turnier in der Gegend. Dafür war mehr als komfortabel und ausreichend. Danke für den Aufenthalt.

Prima Ferienunterkunft
Das Wohnungen Ternsche 1 und auch Ternsche 2 (dort waren zeitgleich Verwandte von uns) gefielen uns sehr gut. Alles war super sauber, nett eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet und noch sehr neuwertig. Es gab im Wohn- und jeweils einem Schlafzimmer TV und im Haus Ternsche 2 auch Waschmaschine und Trockner. Geheizt wird durch in jedem Raum steuerbare Fußbodenheizung, Tenrnsche 1 wirkt durch die besondere Architektur mit den hohen Schrägdecken sehr großzügig. Das Grundstück bietet Parkmöglichkeiten hinter verschließbaren Pforten und geräumige Terassen. Zur Umgebung können wir keine genauen Angaben machen, da wir nur eine Übernachtung wegen eines Familienfestes in der Nähe hatten. Was wir gesehen haben machte aber einen guten Eindruck. Ein Ordner mit interessanten Informationen zur Urlaubsgestaltung liegt im gemeinsamen Eingangsbereich der beiden Wohnungen. Dort findet man auch Staubsauger, Müllbeutel und andere Dinge. Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert, besonders die Möglichkeit mit Freunden oder Verwandten gemeinsam, aber in getrennten Wohnungen Urlaub machen zu können.

Buchung und Schlüsselübergabe lief super und einfach! Sehr netter Kontakt. Tolle geräumige Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Kleine Verbesserungen sind möglich aber es sind nur Kleinigkeiten die nicht ins gewicht fallen für die Bewertung. Preis/Leistung super!

Wochenende am Ternscher See
Wir sind zum zweiten Mal hier gewesen und es ist einfach immer wieder sehr schön. Die Umgebung gibt im Herbst auch viel her. Lüdinghausen, ganz in de Nähe, ein sehr schönes Städtchen zum Verweilen. Wir kommen im Frühjahr wieder.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung
Von der Buchung über die Kommunikation bis zur Anreise hat alles bestens geklappt. Die Ferienwohnung und die Außenanlage ist neu und liegt ideal nur ein paar Schritte vom See, sehr ruhige Gegend. Im Hause ist alles sauber, hell und geräumig. Die Ausstattung ist gut und es können bis zu 6 Personen Platz haben. Stellplatz für Pkw ist direkt am Haus, hinter dem Gartentor sogar abschließbar. Hier kann man zu jeder Jahreszeit ein paar schöne Tage in einer perfekten Ferienwohnung verbringen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Dankeschön an Fam. Vorspohl.

Ein angenehmes Zuhause an einem sehr schönen Ort.
Eine gepflegt saubere Bungalow Wohnung , in welcher es an nichts fehlte. Alle Wünsche waren erfüllt. Ein sicherer Parkplatz auf dem umzäunten Grundstück. Leider war die Kommunikation mit der Agentur unbefriedigend. Schon am 15.09.19 erschien auf meinem Computer die Nachricht: "Hier kommt der Schlüssel" Nur leider konnte man nicht erkennen wie und wo der Schlüssel zu erreichen war. Als der Abreise Termin immer näher rückte, versuchte ich die Agentur in Frankfurt zu erreichen. Diese war für mich jedoch abgeschaltet. Als ich dann der Vermieterin Frau Vorspohl eine etwas unfreundliche Nachricht geschrieben hatte, musste mich diese dann doch noch telefonisch über die Schlüssel und deren Sicherheits-Code informieren. Ich glaube, so war es sicher nicht gewollt. Die Agentur sollte sich besser um den Kunden bemühen, damit sich eine Unzufriedenheit nicht erst entwickeln kann.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen: schöner Neubau mit hohen Decken, moderner Küche, Terrasse mit bequemen Stühlen und man ist in einer Minute beim See. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank!
