Fantastic Villa Classico in the Country Club Mazarron. Pool 4 x7 m. Nice well-kept terrace with garden. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Pets are welcome. 5 minutes to shopping 10 minutes to the beaches of Puerto de Mazarron. 1 hour drive from Alicante. Fully equipped kitchen. The area around Mazarron offers a variety of opportunities: hiking, beach, cycling, golf, ideal for a family vacation. NO air conditioning but ceiling fan in the living room and in the SZ cooling fans, chimney and mobile radiators available. Baby bed and high chair available. Weekly pool service. Kitchen fully equipped, bed linen, towels and beach towels available. Bars and restaurants at least 3 km away, car necessary. Caretaker in German on site.

Séjour merveilleux !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Belle villa, reposante et agréables. Nous sommes bien situé, à 5km de Puerto de Mazarron où il y a tout à disposition. Une belle piscine et des personnes en or, à l’écoute, sociable et très réactive en cas de soucis! Je recommande vivement ! J’y retournerai avec plaisir !

schlecht gepflegt

mussten bei ankunft ueber eine stunde warten bis der verwalter das tel. abgenommen hat. er hat es bevorzugt, gemaess seinen angaben, zuerst das mittagessen am puerto zu geniessen. die kueche war extrem schmutzig. herd, arbeitsflaeche und dunstabzugshaube waren fettig. generell sehr schlecht geputzt. geschirr war teilweise verkrustet. ums haus lag ueberall plastik, papier und alufolie. der pool war nicht benutzbar da er schmutzig war und ab dem 2. tag das wasser gruen war. wlan hat nicht funktioniert. das einzig gute waren die betten und das es genuegend badetuecher und handtuecher gab. die Leiter in den ersten stock ist fuer kleine kínder nicht geeignet. zu eng und steil.mehrere gluehbirnen haben nicht funktioniert. alles in allem hat das haus einen sehr schmudligen eindruck gemacht.

A pesar de que el propietario estaba en alemania, nos ha solucionado un par de cosaS rapidamente. La pega es que esta lejos y no puede controlar el servicio de limpieza, que ha sido muy malo. La casa esta a 15 km de Pto Mazarron. Si se quiere paz absoluta, perfecto. Urbanizacion buena

Lovely home

We stayed for 9 days and this was a lovely home. I chose it because the gardens looked so nice and they were beautiful and so well tended. The home was well equipped and the local contact was extremely helpful when we needed him. The pool was so inviting and we just about manged to enjoy a swim even though this is a little early in the season. The kitchen was compact but had all we needed. Initially we were disappointed there is nothing really within walking distance, although in the main season the communal pool and bar will be open, which I am sure must add more atmosphere. We soon adapted to a short drive of less than 10 minutes to stock up at the Mercadona, or Lidl or Aldi! Puerto Mazaroon was lovely and all along the coast to Bolnuevo had sweet beach bars to enjoy. It was early season, but there was a great atmosphere everywhere. The only small point for any UK guests is that there was only 2 English news channels on the TV as it is a German owned home - but we weren't there to watch tv! The roads from the new Corevera airport were very easy and extremely quiet, so no worries there!
