Size about 65 square meters, living room, kitchen, bedroom, second separate bedroom / children's room, bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet, upstairs, loggia (covered balcony), ideal for 2 to 4 people and in addition a toddler. The apartment has two loggias. One is west facing the garden, the other south facing. In the garden is a seating area with barbecue for the apartment.

The property with the holiday house and the apartment "Schommer" is located near the dike and the port in the seaside resort Neßmersiel. Just a nice walk and you have from the dike a fantastic view of the unique natural spectacle "National Park Niedersächsisches Wattenmeer", since 2009 "UNESCO World Heritage". Our approximately 60 square meter cottage and our approximately 65 square meter apartment are bright, friendly and cozy designed and furnished and very well equipped with everything you will need on your vacation. The house has a very sheltered terrace and the apartment has a covered balcony and both offer plenty of space for 2 to 5 people. It is a stone's throw to the tourist facilities and spa facilities of the seaside resort of Neßmersiel, the North Sea resort of Dornumersiel and the North Sea spas Esens-Bensersiel, Neuharlingersiel or Norddeich. Or you enjoy your holiday and the East Frisian-harsh landscape as well as the dike and the North Sea with healthy saline and iodine-containing air in absolute peace here in Neßmersiel at the cottage. Neßmersiel is also ferry port to the North Sea island of Baltrum and starting point really interesting from a state-certified mudflat guided Watt walks to the East Frisian Islands Baltrum and Norderney or just in the vastness of the Wadden Sea National Park. In Neßmersiel the "WellnessOase" offers a sauna area with several saunas, steam baths and a pool. Also in Neßmersiel the indoor play park "Sturmfrei" contains a 3. 200 square meter play area with climbing castles and trampolines. There is an adventure cinema, Wii and Sing Star and in the football arena, the kids can let off steam. In the summer months of July and September, a corn maze will be set up there. Dornumersiel is since 1990 North Sea and has a large sandy beach. This Sielort is one of the oldest ports on the East Frisian coast. We invite you to an idyllic walk on Mahlbusen.
