Absolute worst!
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I rented a house in Tennessee. I messaged 3 times the week leading up to our arrival date asking if the house was accessible due to the hurricane. They told me yes the home was fine and ready for us. Not affected in any way. We drive 7 hours to get to a house that’s dirty. Beds were used,leaves and dirt on the floor, dirty dishes in the sink. The hot tub was covered with a broken cover and leaves all over. The even worse part is NO ELECTRICITY! we went round and round for hours trying to get a refund so we could get hotel or something for the night. They kept telling us we weren’t getting a refund. The actual owner of the house had his number on a paper in the house so we called him. He informed us that he cancelled our reservation due to hurricane damages, he stated he called Vacasa and canceled it. So he was going back and forth with them also. We finally got a refund and had to look for a hotel miles away, Do not rent!
