This house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the hot tub but it was strange that there wasn’t a back fence, only side fences. So you can easily see into the neighbors backyard. Home was nice for three adults. Plenty of room for kids as well, but we didn’t have any with us. If we need to stay in Caldwell again we would rent this property. It was comfortable and quiet.
I really enjoyed my stay in Caldwell at this home. It was exactly as described and it was convenient for getting to and from the Boise area for the events that I needed to attend. The neighborhood was very quiet and I had no issues while being at the home. I would definitely return in the future if I need to be in the area again!
This house was very well appointed, very clean and comfortable. It is in a good area, which is important to us. Check in was a breeze. The beds are great! Overall, 5 stars
The house was clean, well stocked and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet. I stayed with my elderly mother with limited mobility. There are no stairs which was perfect for our needs.
Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. We came up for the State Wrestling Tournament. We booked the night before. Our host was quick to reply and so welcoming.
The house was beautiful with plenty of space. The beds were amazing and so comfortable with lots of pillows. There was extra bedding and towels. The kitchen was full stocked so you could cook all your meals at the house if you would like. We were close to plenty of entertainment and great restaurants. The host made sure to check on us and asked if we needed anything. Highly would stay again and recommend to anyone. Thank you for the amazing weekend.
Bryce and Callie’s place is clean and decorated nicely. The hosts were quick to respond and even brought over a snow shovel when asked. Quiet neighborhood and an excellent location. Located on outskirts of Caldwell for quiet sleep, and Nampa is an easy drive to Karcher and Treasure Valley Marketplace for Costco and shopping. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for the trouble free experience.
It was a beautiful place to stay under the circumstances. We were not there a lot having to be with family but was very comfortable and very clean. Had extras that I didn’t expect which was nice. Would love to stay here again in the future

About the host
Hosted by Bryce Meyet
Hi there! We are Bryce and Callie and were excited to host you! It all started in 2012 when we bought our first home, then we became famous! Nah, not really. BUT our first home, "The Sensible Safari" was featured on HGTV House Hunters when we were newly married. I think Bryce was hooked on homes after that. We've since moved 7 times in the last 9 years and built up our experience as home owners, DIY-ers, property managers, parents, landlords, and now short term rental managers. All along the way moving with us our Alaskan Malamute and growing family. We’re passionate about our homes because we’ve lived in most of them and have created memories with our friends and families. We know what we like in a home and what we would need when we're traveling away from home. We’re excited to pass on memory making opportunities with you in the homes that we are able to share!
