We were so impressed with our stay and the place felt just like home. All the way down to the Christmas tree the hosts were responsive and very accommodating, I will definitely be saving for our next trip to flagstaff!
Comfortable house for group. The large dining table was great. Well outfitted kitchen except no potholders or placemats. Pay attention to shutting off gas stove. There is only one correct way to turn the knob for off. The other way looks off but isn't.
Nice cozy comforters on beds but platform bed felt wobbly. Great location close to town and a wonderful urban trail nearby.

Front door didn't work right and host never responded to my voice mail.
This is a very charming property. The decor is beautiful and the view from the deck is stunning. The owners have set up a very functional and efficient property with a great kitchen and family areas for gatherings.
The street access is a little tight for larger vehicles but manageable.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at this property to bring our children țo the Grand Canyon for the first time and we were more than pleased. The place was clean and looked just like the pictures. We will definitely come back.
Short stay to see the sites. Beautiful view, beautiful home feeling, perfect place to relax and just enjoy life. Will recommend this place to many people!!!!!
We had four adults and more than enough room. We had to reach out to the owner once, and they were prompt with their reply. I appreciate the little extras that I don’t usually see at rentals, like local roasted coffee grounds, q-tips and cotton pads in the bathroom, etc. Will stay there again!
Overall, the stay was great. The home had everything we needed and was very clean. The only trouble was getting the door unlocked - it is a bit tricky - but after five attempts, it worked. The location of the home is not in the best area but there were no real concerns.
We visited Flagstaff with 2 other couples. We needed a place that was large enough that all 3 couples had their own space. This home was perfect! Lovely, spacious, clean and only a short driving distance from things we wanted to do in town. Instructions and communications from the host were easy to follow. There is space to park right in front of the house. The coffee they had available was delicious! It was an altogether delightful place to stay.
Unfortunately, there was a snowstorm during our stay and we did not end up hiking on the nearby trails (which we heard were lovely), but did go to Sedona to hike (I would highly recommend doing this!).
Thanks so much for a lovely stay!
We originally planned to go to Moab, so thought we’d stay in Flagstaff overnight. After stumbling a bit with the auto lock, we managed to get in and had a lovely evening. The only. Challenges we had were a lack of mixing bowls for pancakes in the morning and some of my scouts comment on the fans making noise, but they were about to sleep on the ground so take that with a grain of salt.
Plenty of room for all of us and very quiet neighborhood!
We stayed in the upper house. It was spotless and well-maintained.
There is no central air, but there are ducted units in each bedroom. Be mindful if you are prone to overheating; we didn’t have a problem ( two octogenarians, three in their 40s, and an 11 year old.
Thank you so much! We had a wonderful time at your beautiful home! The pictures don’t do it justice. What a fun surprise that our friend Stephanie came to visit us and helped design it. Sounds like a great family you have. We left a little birthday surprise for Olivia. Thanks again and we look forward to renting again in the future when we visit our children at NAU.
Really convenient location and perfect spot for family get together. Kitchen and dining accessories well-stocked; laundry made easy. Good spaces to sit, read, have second cup of coffee before a busy sightseeing day. Love the weather in Flagstaff!

About the host
Hosted by Neal Family
We are the Neal family, avid travelers and adventurers who love to stay in and enjoy airbnbs around the world. We are brothers (and sister in laws) who built and raised our kids on this property in neighboring houses and when it got time to size up... we decided we would facilitate other family's adventures by making our homes into the rentals we had always dreamed of. We did all the renovations ourselves, (the first home in 2018, the second in 2022) and since we have a love for great design, we poured ourselves into making these homes extra special for guests!
We spent our whole lives in the area, also owning nearby businesses in Flagstaff and Grand Canyon. This gives us great local flair for giving insight into the best ways to see the area. We hope people will enjoy the fantastic location and the gorgeous views from a decks that brought us thousands of hours of enjoyment! We have tried to equip it with everyone one can think of for your stay especially those traveling with families.
We hope you enjoy your stay!
