Furnished with Italian style furniture, this 3-room apartment is 67 m² in size and is located on the 1st floor. Upper floor of the new building adjoining the villa. The apartment is comfortably furnished and offers 4-5 people space for a relaxing island holiday. The spacious bright living room offers a cozy sitting area with sofa, armchairs, TV and dining area. The kitchenette incl. Oven, ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave etc. is integrated in the back of the living room. From the living room you also enter the west-facing balcony, where you can end the day with a glass of wine. From here you can also catch a partial view of the sea. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and a wardrobe. The large, covered, south-facing balcony, which invites you to meals together, you can enter from the living room and the larger bedroom. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower with real glass separation as well as with a bathtub and double washbasin / WC. There is also a guest toilet available to guests. The parking space is located on the property and is assigned to the apartment. Washing machine and dryer can be found in the basement. The offered here W-LAN connection is provided by the Telekom. In the Villa Jasmin apartments are available in different sizes. All apartments have a balcony, a terrace or a loggia. The center of Heringsdorf and the pier with shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Washer and dryer for a fee are housed in the basement.
