Surrounded by birch forest and blueberry bushes, the cozy cottage awaits you only 10 meters from the lake Södra Färgen. From the property you have a wonderful panoramic view. You will catch trout, perch and zander in the lake. Of course you can also swim here. A motor to the boat can be rented. In the house there are 2 bedrooms and a hem with simple furnishings and low ceilings for 2 people.... For cozy together there is a fireplace in the living room. The neighboring house is rented under S04761, so nothing stands in the way of a vacation together with friends. You are located in a lake area that consists of the Södra, Mella and Stora Färgen and extends to 1200 hectares. The lakes can be navigated by boats. The surrounding area is rich in lakes, with Bolmen and Unnen conveniently close by. The Wild West town of High Chaparral can be found 60 km away. In case of snow, the P-place is 200 m away. Access to common extra refrigerator and freezer unit.

A personal story from the cottage:

My grandmother tells a story about the house: my grandfather was killed in a work accident in the woods. When my parents got married in 1954, grandfather's good friend made it possible to buy a plot of land here. So they could also build a house. Because of the good friendship that existed between him and my grandfather, he had made this possible. In 2010 I bought the field in addition, so that the beautiful forest landscape was preserved. S04762 was renovated and S04761 was built here last.
