Completed 3-room apartment (approx. 70sqm) with fully equipped dining kitchen, 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom with shower, bathtub, double sink and toilet and a south-facing balcony.
Our house is located in a low-traffic settlement and is therefore particularly suitable for families with children. (Cot is available)
But business travelers will also find everything they need for their stay with us.
It is only 2 km to the motorway (A94) and 7 km to S-Bahn Markt Schwaben (S7).
The Therme Erding can be reached by car in about 15 minutes. accessible, the Munich Trade Fair Center in approx. 20 min. The airport is 21 km away. Shuttle service is possible.

Beautiful bike tours can be undertaken from Pastetten to the Isental. Storage space for bicycles and rental bicycles are available.

In our garden you will find peace and relaxation.
A sandpit with appropriate toys is available for children.

Excellent!

We welcomed by the lovely, welcoming owners of the appartement. The appartment is very spacious and dividend into separate rooms: bathroom, kitchen fully fittef out, livingroom, bedroom and balcony. The garden was accessible too! And in quiet surroundings

Beautiful rural location close to Munich

This apartment was immaculate. It had everything we needed and the hosts were wonderful. We cooked some wonderful German meals with food bought from nearby markets in the well appointed kitchen. I would highly recommend this apartment and wish to thank Herr und Frau Marsh for a wonderful stay.

A PERFECT GEM!

We loved our stay in this apartment and in this village. The hosts are the nicest and kindest people we have met on our travels. The location is perfect for taking the train into Munich. It is an easy drive from the Airport. The village is quiet and off the beaten track. The Edeka Supermarket and cute bakeries are close by. The apartment is lovely, spacious, and sparkling clean. It is larger than the photos depict. Everything that you could need in a holiday apartment is there. We highly recommend this VRBO!

Blown away with love and hospitality and excellent accommodation

We hit the jackpot when we discovered Josef and Anna’s delightful home. It was much more than we hoped or imagined. The apartment itself is perfect. It had everything we needed and then some. You could not find a cleaner accommodation. We were close enough to Munich to catch the S-Bahn into Munich in a neighboring town but we were also close enough with our rental car to visit the sites whether we traveled north, south, east or west. We also made friends with Josef, Anna their daughter Mikaela (the latter speaks fluent English which was a big help although Josef and Anna are also very good!). Our hope is to return and to return very soon. Thank you, Josef and Anna, for a memorable and very special stay. Highly recommended!

Super nette, kinderliebe Gastgeber und eine saubere, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Sogar sowas wie ein paar Gewürze, Kaffeefilter und Zewa gab es, das ist nicht selbstverständlich!

Die Unterkunftsbesitzer sind sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Menschen. Die Eheleute Marsch waren auch sehr umsichtig und vorausschauend im Umgang mit uns, vor allem aber auch was unsere 3 jährige Tochter betrifft. Liebe Eheleute Marsch, es war uns eine Freude bei Ihnen zu übernachten und unser Mietwagenproblem bzw. dessen Rückgabe hat sich als sehr gering herausgestellt. Liebe Grüße

Eine erlebnisreiche und erholsame Woche als Familienurlaub

Wir haben 1 Woche unseres Familienurlaubs in Pastetten verbracht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist wunderbar ruhig gelegen und top eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gemangelt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und reagieren bei Anliegen sofort. Danke nochmal an Sie - Frau und Herr Marsch. Wir sind mehrmals vom kostenlosen P+R-Parkhaus in Markt Schwaben mit der S-Bahn nach München gefahren. Das hat gut geklappt. Es gibt eine Direktverbindung bis zum Marienplatz. Auch in der weitläufigeren Umgebung von Pastetten kann man einiges unternehmen. Besonders gut hat uns der Wildpark in Poing gefallen.

Super Ferienwohnung in ländlicher Umgebung in der Nähe von München / Erding

Wir haben als Familie 5 Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht und können diese nur weiterempfehlen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem nötigen Dingen des Alltags ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, auch Spielzeug für die Kleinen war vorhanden. Ebenfalls zu erwähnen: sehr netter und unkomplizierter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Im Dorf selbst gibt es Spielplätze und ein kleines Café, in der Umgebung bieten sich viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten für alle Wetterlagen an. Vor allem Erding und München sind schnell erreichbar. Uns hat es super gefallen und bei nächster Gelegenheit werden wir bestimmt wieder hier einkehren. Viele Grüße an Familie Marsch

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem kleinen Dorf in der Nähe von Erding. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung. Die Wohnung ist komfortabel eingerichtet, sehr nette Vermieter, überall schnelles WLAN. Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus.
