This beautifully illuminated second floor end unit offers full resort amenities with private peaceful feels. Located in the upper cul de sac of Beaver Village, this unit backs up to a forest view from the private balcony and Winter Park Resort views from the front door.
The updated kitchen has everything to make a quick breakfast to a full holiday meal. This space is shared with the dining area with seating for 4, plus extra seating at the kitchen bar. On past the dining is the living area with gas fireplace, flat screen TV with DVD player, and private deck with plumbed gas grill to help avoid running out of propane while grilling.
Bedding: Queen in Master, 2 Twins in 2nd Bedroom, Queen sofa sleeper in Living Room.
Amenities in unit: Free Wi-Fi access, forested views. Complimentary shuttle service on the free town shuttle. NO AIR CONDITIONING
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
Clubhouse amenities: Due to regulations set in place by the local health department, local government or HOA policies, not all facilities at properties may be available for guest use. There may also be times when clubhouse facilities are closed due to maintenance services. Please refer to your specific vacation rental information.
