You'll find mom-and-pop cafes, trendy brunch spots, oceanfront bars, and ice cream shops all within a 5-minute walking radius! Claim this coastal chic suite for four and spend a long weekend (or more!) exploring the best of New Smyrna Beach.

This NSB apartment is located on the second floor above several local storefronts. The kitchen is well stocked and meals can be served at the breakfast counter or the dining table for four. You'll be ready to relax in the suite's living room. This space is furnished with an "L" shaped sleeper sofa, and a small couch. Kick back and enjoy your favorite shows on the mounted TV with cable. At night, you'll find a good night's rest in the suite's bedroom. The bedroom holds a queen bed and a dresser. Nearby is a bathroom with a standard bathtub and plenty of bath linens.

You'll feel a part of the local NSB community as these suites are located on the second floor above a charming restaurant and shop. Every morning you can walk to coffee and brunch at Third Wave Café, grab a smoothie at the colorful GoJuice, have a burger at the oceanfront restaurant, Breakers, and end the night with margaritas at Clancy's Cantina. Flagler Avenue leads right to the beach; the suites are a brief walk from the sand and waves.

Great location

The company communicated very well and the check in process was seamless. Enjoyed staying right on Flagler - very minimal noise, but I almost enjoyed the sounds of nightlife. One small issue arose - not the fault of the company. The company addressed it very quickly, which we appreciated. Will stay again.

Ideal Location!

This was the perfect location where you can put your vehicle away! You are in the middle of wonderful restaurants, shops, and a quick walk to the beach. The bed is not ideal for a long term stay, but fine for a long weekend.

Sedona Views and Conveniences

This house is beautifully updated. Very convenient, and a short walk, to grocery store and hiking paths. A paved walking/biking path is steps away. The views are outstanding, particularly from the upper deck. Located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood, with great privacy. Back yard is fully fenced and secure. Tim and Danielle are excellent hosts - very communicative and responsive. We expect to visit again in the future.

New Smyrna apartment rental

Great little apartment with everything we needed and good to be able to walk to restaurants and the beach. Missed not having a washer/dryer. Since apartment is on the main drag, it gets pretty noisy and congested. Parking was a challenge at times.
