A/C Did Not Work

The only problem we encountered with our stay was the a/c not working properly which was one of the most important aspects during one of the hottest times of the year. The outside temperature each day was 100 degrees. The house was 80-81 degrees during the day and only cooled to 75 or 76 degrees overnight. I was in contact with the property manager daily and even sent photos. Their response time was great, but the issue was never resolved during our 4 day 3 night stay. I was told an a/c repairman would be there the night before we checked out, but no one came. We purchased fans for each room to be able to sleep during the night.

Great place to stay with family

Everything from the location to the property was great. The neighborhood is very private and safe so it was perfect for my family getaway. Would definitely stay again and recommend people to do the same.
