These cameras are not equipped with audio recording and are never placed in private areas such as bedrooms, bathrooms, or the hot tub space. Rest assured, real-time monitoring is not conducted; footage is only reviewed as needed for incident investigations or emergencies. We believe these measures contribute to a secure environment during your stay. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out for clarification.

Parking:
Limited parking is available on our property, with space for up to four cars in the driveway. To prevent property damage, please refrain from parking on lawns, dirt, or gravel areas. For guests with more than four cars, we recommend carpooling or utilizing nearby parking lots. The garage is reserved for storage purposes only.

Guests with Children:
Safety is paramount, especially for families with children. Supervision is advised for children using the hot tub due to elevated water temperatures. Additionally, adult supervision is crucial near the lake, and swimming or playing in the water should be accompanied by safety measures such as life jackets. Violation of house rules may lead to the immediate removal of guests without a refund. Quiet hours are observed after 10 PM, and fireworks are strictly prohibited, with penalties of up to $2000. No parties or events are allowed. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Wildlife shares our environment, and we ask guests to avoid leaving food out and disturbing them.

Pet Policy:
We understand pets are part of the family and welcome them with a $100 pet fee per stay. Please clean up after your pet, dispose of waste properly, and report any pet-related damage promptly.
