Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:

- booking fee 61 €
- inscription fee 5 €/person
- bed-linen/towels 15 €/person/set
- Guarantee 200 € (will be refunded at departure)

+ electricity per consumption

Between November till April the expenses for electricity is to pay per consumption; but water and gas are included in the rental price.

The Space:
Apartment near the beach with sea views and community pool. A wonderful apartment with comfortable furnishings.

The house has 2 lifts: the apartment is on the 4th floor with monitoring system and camera.
This is a very well maintained apartment that is supervised by a caretaker.

The swimming pool and Jacuzzi in the pretty community is only available to the residents. Internet per Wifi available.

The apartment has apron. 100 m2, very well furnished, cozy and spacious. It has 2 large balconies with sea views, 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, large living-dining room with satellite TV, radio with CD and cassette, central heating, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, etc.

Guest Access:
The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc.

The Neighborhood:
The residential complex is located in a central residential area with other blocks of flats in the neighborhood.

Getting Around:
The apartment is very central located: the sandy beach is just across the street, where you can also find restaurants and shops. It is only 500 m from the center of Calpe. Supermarket as well in walking distance.

Other Things to Note:
Dog keeping not allowed. Minimum age of the tenants 25 years. Groups with singles are not accepted (we only accept families with children or couples).
