The Space:
With an expansive kitchen & living area, full walls of glass doors bring the outside, in. Inviting living room at the heart of the original cottage, with plenty of space for relaxation for all. Original cypress wood walls bring calm & cool to hot summer days. Two primary bedrooms offer “suite style” enjoyment, with additional private lounge spaces & luxury en suite baths. A series of multiple living spaces allow privacy & comfort for all guests. Wet Bar featured in additional lounge space. Two secondary bedrooms also offer en suite baths & island charm, for a total of 4 beds & 4 baths. An additional spacious loft area offers a designated lounge area with tv. Classic island covered porch for shade & enjoying the view.

Bike ride or rent a golf cart and explore historic sites, charming shops & some of Charleston's best restaurants. Also, a short 15 minute drive to Charleston's downtown historic Peninsula. Please enjoy 'island time'!
Other Things to Note:
Enjoy for 30 days & truly soak in the Sullivan’s Island Lifestyle. Home must be rented for at least 28 days per Town of Sullivans Island Short Term Rental Rules.
However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued. This is the case even if the guest chooses to cancel or travel is disrupted due to the storm.
Additionally, if there is adverse weather phenomenon outside of Charleston or SC (ie. other regions of the US or abroad) during the dates of the guests' stay which hinders the guests from traveling to the property, the standard cancellation policy will still apply. Therefore, a refund will NOT be issued.

Hurricane season is during the months of June-November. During this time we HIGHLY recommend guests research and purchase travel insurance.
