Being situated on Thomas Drive allows you to step out of your elevator in the heart of Panama City Beach. It sits across the street from multiple restaurants and plenty of family fun activities to do all within walking distance of your condo. Just a hop skip and a jump to Ripley's Believe it or not, Axe throwing, Sunset Dolphin cruises, Catamaran rides, escape rooms, and more!

In case you and the kids want to watch different programs at night, there is a television in the living room and bedroom. Both have a full range of cable channels for your viewing pleasure.

Sea La Vie is located just minutes from gourmet seafood dining, signature golf courses, amazing deep-sea fishing, world-famous night clubs, fabulous water and amusement parks, miniature golf, gift shops, and the world-class entertainment and events Panama City Beach is famous for. Nearby, at the corner of Thomas Dr and North Lagoon Dr is Captain Anderson's Marina and Restaurant. You will find delicious fresh seafood, charter fishing boats, and shell and dolphin excursions. Major grocery stores and retailers are also within a 5-10 minute drive.

At the end of Thomas Drive is gorgeous St. Andrews State Park. Grand Lagoon touches the park to the north and to the south is the beautiful Gulf. Great Condo

The unit was great! Very clean. My daughter loved the bunk beds. Great location away from the bigger crowds. The property staff were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at this unit again!

Great Stay!

My husband, myself, and our 4 children loved our stay! It was nice to get away. The property was great and the ease of check in and check out! The condo is on the 21st floor and had great views! Great location and would definitely consider staying again!

Great Location and Trip!

The condo was beautiful and an exceptional value. The only issue we had with the cleanliness was the floor. Our feet were black from walking on it, so we kept socks on. Other that that, I felt like it was very clean! We didn’t have any issues with the pool security like those in previous reviews stated. We thought the resort was beautiful and everyone was super friendly. The security being around made things calm, safe, and enjoyable in my opinion. We would definitely love to return to this condo!

Great Location and a Great Unit!

The property was 100% as advertised,and in a great location on the Beach.The 21st floor may be daunting for some but the view was spectacular.Elevators were quick and fast.The pool area was great with lots of available chairs. The unit itself was very comfortable with everything in working order as promised. The floors could’ve used a deep cleaning but overall a very enjoyable experience!

Panama City Boardwalk

We arrived at the facility at 5:30 pm (check-in time was 4:00). The code we were given did not work. We attempted to call the host, but we were given the wrong number. After nearly an hour we decided to check into a hotel for the night. That was an unexpected $145 expense. We finally received a new code, but we were already in the hotel. The next morning we did gain access with the new code. We first discovered that the washer was not working. The laundry facitily was one of the reasons for choosing this venue as we were in Panama City Beach for a 5-day baseball tournment and needed to wash the white baseball pants at least twice during our stay. We should have been notified of this before arriving We also discovered these other things were broken or not functioning: Bathroom: indoor shower handle broken, towel rack on wall broken, toilet paper holder broken; toilet seat not secure Did not work: hallway light, bedside lamps in bedroom These things were inadequate: - only 4 towels for both bathing and going to the beach (we could have managed if the washer was working) - no trash bags for the kitchen wastebasket - no coffee filters for the coffee maker or coffee scoop for measuring - cheap, one-ply bathroom toilet paper Because of all this, I would not recommend this venue to anyone.

Perfect for Family

I loved the location and simplicity of this property. It’s in the middle of everything where Walmart and restaurants are super close by. And the layout of the building made going to the pool and beach so so easy and such short walks which was nice to have with children. Super convenient! Also loved the pool area, the tiki hut had DELICIOUS food, the pizza parlor as well and the property’s staff were all so friendly.

Great Place

Been to PCB many many times, never this property. I was impressed with the quality of the facility, the amenities (pool, on-site restaurants), and the access to the beach. Will stay here again.

Wonderful quick weekend

We had a fantastic time! The location is close to anything you want to do but you also don’t have to leave because you have everything you need right on the property! We had a slight misunderstanding during the check in process but the owners were very quick, friendly and helpful to resolve the issue. The resort stays busy and the hallways for the elevator are not cooled so be prepared for that during check-in. Perfect condo for a small family!

The pool security/staff made it difficult to enjoy the pool. Safety breaks,blowing their whistles, and policing children whose parents were there. We found this was over the top so we gave them the nick name "fun police". Weve never been to another resort with this type of pool staff. They were friendly but it was very clear someone higher up was making sure they enforced the "no fun zone". There was also a hot tub that did not function. Other than that the resort was pretty. Our room was perfect and clean. Exactly as described in the descriptions and nice updates. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of extra blankets and all the dishes we needed. There were a few lights that didnt work (the entrance light for the condo) Easy check in and out. The wristband policy was interesting. We were left bands that were already used and told to leave ours in the room when checking out. They are almost impossible to take off without breaking. We enjoyed our stay but will more than likely not book at this resort again due to the HOA and "fun police" safety breaks etc.

Too many issues

We had no wifi for 3 days. Both owners were contacted and asked to return our call but never did. Called again and finally got correct information for wifi. After leaving our week long vacation, we were accused of breaking a door and mismatched paint in their bathroom? We called and told owners we have no idea what they are talking about as we left condo exactly as we found it. Our cc was charged $75. We will never stay at this unit again.

Cleaning crew failed on sofa bed.

We love the condo. The only thing I saw was the mattress pad on the pull out sofa was not changed. It was dirty. Wasn't the owner's fault. It was the cleaning crew.
