About this property
This house is a 1 bedroom(s), 1 bathrooms, located in Fairbanks, AK.
Cross your very own rope bridge to your treehouse, and relax in the hot tubs or barrel sauna after a day of adventure. This property is located in the heart of Fairbanks. It is a beautifully built tiny home in the trees. Inside the treehouse there is no running water but there is a kitchen with a water jug and dry flush toilet. The nearby bathhouse has luxurious showers, toilet and hot tubs.
"Alaska Adventure Lodge" is a treehouse micro-resort in Fairbanks.
The treehouses are located in the middle of Fairbanks there will be some plane and train noise.
The space is cozy, with about 300 sq ft. There is a kitchenette with an apartment sized fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a hot plate, hot water kettle and kerurig coffee maker. There is a smart tv and counter with stools to eat or work from. There is a loft bedroom that has a queen sized bed with amazing views. The futon in the living room is small and best suited to a child, its only about 60 inches long. There is no running water in the tree house but there is a water jug for drinking or washing and a dry flush canister toilet in the treehouse. The bathhouse with a luxurious showers, flushing toilets and washers and dryers is a short walk away from the treehouse on a custom built boardwalk. The hot tubs, fire pit and outdoor grills are located on the patio around the bathhouse. There is a shared deck in the trees with a outdoor couch only for the grouse and puffin treehouse.
We recommend that guests rent cars as cabs, uber and lyft can be unreliable.
Guests will use a detached luxury bathhouse for showers and flush toilet, hot tubs and barrel sauna. There is no running water in the treehouses, each treehouse has a dry flush canister toilet and water jug for washing and drinking water. The treehouses are designed for movement so a little swaying in the wind is normal.
You must be able to climb up a steep staircase/ladder to enter the bedroom/loft of the treehouse.
There is a ring video camera that is placed on the back of the lodge building that is actively recording the entrance and bathhouse area for security. There is a queen bed upstairs but the futon is best for a child as it is only about 60 inches long.
