Wonderful

It was a very short weekend trip, but we really enjoyed our stay here. It was just like the pictures- very clean, cozy. It was in the country, which was peaceful, and neat that it is located on an apple orchard. I was wondering how it would be since there is another place attached, but we never heard the other guests. Only thing I would say is it needed to have more towels/washcloths(there were only enough for 4) and there was 6 of us. Other than that, we would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful Getaway

Beautiful great location to villages, Amish food & lake adventures! Clean cozy Cottage with porch to relax or nap. Family is awesome & helpful. Orchard store on premises where our family picked bluberries. Will return for apple picking time, oh yea

Beautiful

This was our second year staying at the property, just the adjacent side/ cottage. Place is clean, beautiful, has everything thing we needed for the weekend- towels, kitchen, coffee maker, etc. love staying here for our weekend at Twinsday Festival. Already booked for next year and we added an additional night.

Pleasant Duplex cottage in an orchard.

This is very comfortable, clean, and pleasant property. It is very thoughtfully furnished and provides everything you would likely need for a short stay, except consistent, reliable access! We were thoroughly enjoying our stay at this property and found it very comfortable and welcoming. On our fourth and final night, however, after returning from a drive-in movie just a bit after midnight, we returned to find the digital door lock would NOT accept the entry code. After multiple attempts, we called Sandee and got voicemail. Multiple messages through the VRBO app were not responded to until the following morning. We were confronted with two options: Sleep in our truck, or find a hotel. We chose the latter. We drove 30 minutes to the nearest Holiday Inn only to find it full. Another 20 minute drive to a $169 hotel in Warren. We had to cancel breakfast reservations we had made with friends on our final morning. Sandee and Joe were extremely apologetic and provided us a generous refund to cover the cost of the hotel and the inconvenience we suffered. This is a very nice place with great hosts; We would consider staying again provided that the unreliable door lock issue is resolved.

Picturesque Place

Beautiful place with everything you would want! We had a family reunion and graduation and this was so convenient! We rented both cottages for our family to be together and to unwind at night. The orchard was a wonderful view to see in the morning with coffee. Joe and Sandee are incredible hosts!

Cute cottage in the beautiful countryside

The cottage has modern decor and features and was very clean. Sandee was a great hostess and very responsive to my messages. It was a convenient location to stay given it was located only a few minutes away from family I was visiting.

Lovely stay in the orchard!

Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids ages 3, 9, and 10) had the most wonderful stay at Evening Primrose Cottage. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The hosts clearly go above and beyond to consider everything. This was such a unique experience for our family and the kids loved it as much as we did. The orchard is beautiful and we enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the sunset each night after spending the day doing local outings and the evenings playing baseball in the yard. We have this listing on our radar for future stays - highly recommend!

The best place to stay while visiting Solon, Ohio

This place is so peaceful and beautiful. Our host went above and beyond. The house was super clean and it had all we needed. We will rent it again as soon as we come back. Love everything is this place!!!!

Morning Glory and Primrose is the best place to stay while visiting Solon, Ohio. Owners went above and beyond to our family while staying in their place. A wonderful experience while staying at Blue Jay Orchard!!!!! Love it and will come back in the summer!!!!

Thanksgiving!

We used the pair of cottages to accommodate family traveling to Hiram for a thanksgiving holiday. The location is perfect for us, but it s also so pastorally beautiful and quiet, it would be worth a drive anywhere near Cleveland to stay here. Pictures don’t do it justice. Communication with host was responsive and they met all of r needs, and the added bonus was the handicap accessibility.

This little gem felt new... Fresh paint, new appliances and furniture. It had everything we needed. Smartly decorated, not cluttered, hot water, good water pressure. Host was super responsive.

Peaceful Place

A wonderful place to stay in the country, but only 20 minutes from Chagrin Falls, and 30 minutes from downtown Cleveland. Adorable cottage and farmers market on the premises! The owners were so nice accommodating. I’ll be back again.

The owners really put some thought into making this property a enjoyable experience. They thought of every little detail, we had everything we needed and more. Even sleepy time Tea!! The Apple Orchard and the natural vibe of the property put a smile on our faces when we walked out onto our cozy porch. They have a gift shop filled with awesome natural products produced from the property as well. It was nice to see Joe out each day minding his business and way of life. Good old small town feel and refreshing to see. Thank you for opening your way of life for all to see and I hope to get another chance to bring my family back in the future. May God continue to bless this place!

Cozy country cottage

We very much enjoyed our stay at this little cottage. It was very clean and cutely decorated. Perfect for kids and adults! Our kids made friends with some friendly kittens outside and we got a history lesson on the orchard. The owners are very friendly and responsive. We would love to book again in the future.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

The Cottage was adorable and perfect for our needs. The space was very clean. We enjoyed walking over to the store and buying local food items. Definitely hope to come back and pick apples later in the Fall.
