Summer Cottage located in the wonderful New Silver Beach community in Falmouth. Located just 1/3 of a mile to the beach at the end of the road, but yet close to amenities, restaurants, ferries and all that Falmouth has to offer. This summer getaway features 4 Bedrooms, 1 full bath and 1 half bath, Kitchen with breakfast bar and eating area, living room, enclosed front porch and private deck. The neighborhood features tennis and basketball courts, and harbor to launch boats.
